“Excellent well made table, the folding mechanism works with ease, and despite some reviews it was easy to build having watched the utube video first then again pausing at each stage. Well worth the money!”

“We have a mesh 160 x 90 table in iron grey that was purchased in August 2021 at Dawson Department Stores (who incidentally, have terrible customer service). There are multiple rust spots appearing in the mesh. We also have a 70 cm round mesh table in white bought in May 2000 that has begun to rust. Hugely disappointed in these products and do not recommend them. They are sturdy tables and attractive but the paint quality is very poor. This compares to Emu chairs (Italian made) that are now 25 years old with no rust whatsoever. Emu are about 20% more expensive but much better quality.”

We are very sorry to learn that both your 160x90 iron grey mesh table and your 70 cm round mesh table in white have started to rust already. It seems that the paint quality of the tables is not quite up to the mark and that you are hugely disappointed about it. We would love to understand more about your experience and kindly ask how we could make things better as you are still under your manufacturers warranty. “I love the furniture but the covers perish very quickly and only last a few years before they need to be replaced. This is my third lot but the furniture it’s self looks as good as new. I wouldn’t mind but the covers are super expensive!”

“I found the people I spoke to by phone to be helpful and professional. However, the problem that I had - a faulty locking pin - took some time to resolve. As I pointed out, there appears to be a fault in the manufacturing process in that the internal depth of the sleeve holding the pin is not great enough to properly engage with the axle on the Henley sun lounger I had purchased. Another lounger that was sent had the same problem, and the issue was only resolved when I purchased separately a sleeve and locking pin from the Kettler website.”

“Easy to order and quick delivery. But only part of the order was packed and sent. The delivery note had the two items I ordered listed. I had to phone and ask for the second item. How ever the person I spoke to was very good.”
