Kept up to date about replacement delivery, excellent service, however this was my second set of chairs to be replaced due to rusty arms, we have cheeper chairs that haven’t rusted, maybe just unlucky !

Having had other Kettler furniture over the past 20 years I was very surprised to see rust on our Sienna chairs which we purchased in 2016. However Webb’s of Droitwich contacted Kettler to let them know of the problem. After providing photos etc. Kettler offered to deliver replacement chairs straight away. Really pleased to receive good customer service. Thank you.

Great customer service. When I rang and explained that we had a problem with rust appearing on our garden chairs the response was prompt and we were offered replacements very quickly. Even with the best quality garden furniture things can occasionally go wrong, the test of a really good business is how they deal with the problem. Kettler cannot be faulted and I wouldn’t hesitate to purchase from them again.

My warranty claim was dealt with in a quick and efficient manner. The replacement furniture arrived on time with a telephone call from the driver to confirm delivery time. Excellent service from Kettler, thank you.

Quick response when we contacted the firm about some rust on our chairs. They immediately offered replacement furniture. We did have a number of problems with the replacement furniture (some damage in transit and then the replacement arm chairs did not fit under the Kettler table). However, we have dealt with very friendly staff on the 'phone and today we have received the final delivery - which is perfect. In spite of the problems we have had, we remain impressed by the firm's response and by the quality of their furniture.

It was very disappointing that the lovely Kettler furniture began to rust, but I have nothing but praise for the way this was handled. I read the instructions for making a claim online, took the photographs that they asked for, and attached them to the claim form. Within two days, I had a telephone call and an email, accepting the claim without reservation and offering an exchange of the furniture with a choice from the currently available models. Our choice was approved by return and the collection and delivery arranged for the next week. The people from Panther Logistics were efficient and pleasant and we are now very pleased with our new furniture. The whole procedure was an exemplar of good customer service.

We were disappointed to find some rust on our Kettler table and one chair after 4 years . We contacted Kettler who dealt with the issue very quickly and efficiently and replaced the table, 8 chairs and the cushions within three weeks. A very curteous , and efficient team of people.
