Had purchased garden table and chairs from a local garden centre and read about recommended protection product. Checked on line, discovered the correct water based product, ordering was easy, delivery was prompt and application even easier! Pleased? Yes!

Really pleased with purchase, very well made. Looks great and very comfortable to sit in. Purchased the outdoor cover to protect it in the winter.

great product and on time delivery too. the crosstrainer is well made and a good variety of exercise options. the flywheel weight is about right but for a heavier user like me 20kg would be better. overall well pleased

The table tennis table is fantastic. It arrived with a broken wheel, but I was able to fix it within 30 mins. At such a bargain price for a refurbished table, I can't complain.

Have had many kettler products with no problems, so purchased Palma casual dining set.. Although out of warranty period I contacted customer services as our table has bowed in the middle. As at the time of noticing it we were about to move, so more pressing paperwork was top of our list.. No help from CS just 'sorry out of warranty but you can purchase another table full price'... Not even an offer of a discount! If they bow in the sun why would I buy another 'garden table'.. My next purchase will not be Kettler..

Have not used this as yet as the cleaner and restorer I need to use before this is still out of stock ! Nearly a month now can you advise when this will be in stock please

We are sorry for the delay in having the product you need in stock. We are expecting a shipment of our cleaners and protectors to arrive late February/early March so they will be on the website very shortly after. We appreciate that it is frustrating and apologise for any inconvenience that this may have caused.

I've just had a call with Kate @customer services who helped me with my problem. She was bubbly, efficient and most personable. She was a pleasure to speak with and has resolved my problem. I can't fault the service.

What great customer service!!!!!!!! i was looking to purchase something as cheap and basic as table feet caps for some Kettler furniture that is about 15 years old but still looks as good as new. I e mailed Dec 27th, I received a reply this morning, Dec 30th and just called them to pay. This is how you look after customers - make great quality products and provide great aftersales service - a lot of companies need to do the same. Shout out to Sarah in Customer Service - Thanks so much

Bought a cover for our Kettler outdoor table tennis table. We've had the table for 15 years and it's still going strong. The cover arrived very promptly and is made of superb quality material. Kettler products are simply the best.

I ordered a Palma Luxe sofa and armchair set online during the Black Friday promotion on 28th November. You accepted my order and took payment in full. (Order No 37200) I had no subsequent correspondence so a week or so later I called to enquire about delivery. I was then told my order couldn't be processed because you had run out of stock. I dealt with a very helpful lady who, like me, couldn't understand why your systems had accepted my online order which you couldn't fulfil. She asked her manager if there was any way of compromising on the then offer against new stock in January. He declined to make any gesture to recognise my disappointment and required the lady I spoke to on the phone to apologise but refuse to honour the proposed online transaction in any way. I have to say she was very polite and seemed genuinely sorry for my disappointment, and not a little confused as to how it had happened. I eventually got my payment refunded but one wonders how long you would have kept payment had I not chased. So contrary to the email inviting me to comment on my recent purchase from Kettler, I haven't successfully bought anything. I am therefore unable to recommend either my experience of dealing with your company or the product itself because didn't get the one I tried to purchase. The fact that your computer system both accepted an order for a product you no longer stocked and sought a review from me on the false premise that I had bought it, gives me no faith in your sale and order systems at all.
