“Kettler responded very promptly to my claim, within 24 hours of the email with attached photos of the problem. As soon as the items were in stock they were delivered. Brilliant service and can highly recommend”

“They replaced the chairs without any question. However, the delivery went to the wrong address first and we had to wait two days for it to arrive - a delivery problem rather than with Kettler.”
