“The garden set is great quality and at a great price. Ine ommission is that there was no quality cover included. Kettler recommend that a cover is used so why not supply it. Unfortunately the furniture was purchased at the end of the summer so very little opportunity to enjoy it.”

“I came across the Kettler Kalos Pendant in spring and thought it was so stylish and exactly what I was looking for. I purchased this week and the lamp is great and keeps you warm, it’s stylish and fits in with our aesthetic. My big issue is that it comes with a 1.8meter cable, but it is an over head hung fitting. No one has added a socket at the top of their pergola, so the only way to connect it to a socket is via an extension cable. A real lack of thought has gone into that!”

“Easy to build. But think it is very expensive for what it is. I would think production cost & shipping from China would be no more than £50, so £700 is a bit over the top”

“I can say that the customer service I received was appalling. My order date was 13 August, and was advised the delivery would be with me on 2 September. It didnt arrive, I contacted Kettler who said it would be with me on 2 September. It didn't arrive. Spoke again to Kettler, they said the new delivery date would be 5 September... it didn't arrive. Spoke again and told them I was away on holiday from 7 September so would need to be delivered on my return. Eventually arrived on 16 September, five weeks after Kettler had taken my money and received my order. As my order only came from Redditch, (not China) it was an unacceptable farce from start to finish.”
