“Good service and free postage. Happy that I was able to replace the go kart pedals on a 25+ year old item. Some little people will be very happy!”

“Absolutely shocking customer service, 3 year warranty is worthless. Rattan furniture has torn on corner due to clear manufacturing fault but Kettler claim accidental damage despite clear photos showing the reason for the failure. Avoid this company as they are not prepared to stand by their reputation.”

“Very happy this product is available for touch up as the coating is the prime reason to buy Kettler's great furniture but it can get damaged during unpacking (had a damaged at chair at delivery that was exchanged but my table was s ratchet at some point so I used this product for that)”

“Novera sun lounger arrived promptly. One of the wheels didn't click in place and I have had to order a new locking device for the wheel at an extra cost of £5. Also the back of the lounger is very heavy to raise up from lowest position with the arms.”

“So far so good. The Furniture looks good and feels very sturdy. We paid that bit more to get a quality product - I guess only time will tell if this was the right thing to do - but so far we are very happy with our purchases.”
