“Superb after-sales service - over twenty years since buying a much-loved garden table, I have been supplied with a replacement leg for it, which was easy to attach thanks to the simple but clever design. Remarkably helpful, friendly help on phone and email. Couldn't be happier.”

“Purchased 2no aluminium sideboards the quality of the fabrication is so poor. Bolts do not fit properly. Doors do not close evenly and there is no adjustablement as the hinges are riveted in place.damaged shelves. And the retail price is £650.00 each. Kettler should be ashamed of producing an overpriced product that looks shoddy and cheap when assembled, if you managed to assemble it with the manufactured misalignment between bolt holes that makes it nigh impossible. Shameful.”

“I spoke to Emily on your help desk as our Kettler Parasol (3m Freestanding Parasol, Grey) bought from John Lewis (Product Code: 82010210) over 2 years ago was damaged in unexpected strong winds, it was not a warranty claim. I e-mailed photos of the damage requesting any spare parts. Within a week the significant part had been sourced and delivered at a total cost of £16 having initially expected to buy a brand new parasol. Great result and thank you Kettler!”

“Just purchased the Kettler Charlbury Sofa Set and Bench and decided to buy the covers as well. These are the best covers I have ever found. They are really heavyweight material and so well made. David Jennings”

“Fabulous parasol with a cover that is easy to use. The base is very large and it’s a shame it wasn’t designed to slide under the furniture as it does take up a lot of room. Only given 4 stars as we are experiencing problems locking it in to position. At first we thought it must be something we are doing wrong but it should be pretty straightforward, a slight breeze will then move the canopy and the mechanism will randomly lock . We now think it must be a faulty mechanism and are in The process of reporting it to kettler It would be interesting to know if anyway has experienced this and managed to solve it?”

“We purchased Bonella chairs and table after admiring an earlier purchase made by our daughter. Excellent product, until we noticed just a few months before the end of the 5 year warranty period that the paint on all 4 chairs had developed a rusty appearance and started peeling at the joins of the mesh and frame. This subsequently accelerated. Kettler responded to our complaint immediately offering a replacement, arriving later this summer. I understand that originally furniture had been manufactured in Germany, but that our purchase had been made following the demise of the German parent, and manufactured in India for the now independent UK subsidiary. The Siena replacement warranty is now 3 years, so we will watch with interest. Zero stars for our experience of product quality, but 5 stars for company response.”

“You’ve asked me to review this product which is really a bit of a joke as I ordered this product months ago and I’m still waiting for it to arrive!!! Makes it rather difficult to review if I haven’t even received it!!!!”

“Purchased chairs via a garden centre. After less than a year, the coating cracked and chairs started to rust (staining the patio btw) contacted the garden centre which said it isn't their problem but will raise issue with Kettler as chairs (set parasol, table and chairs) were still under warranty. It has been many moons ago. Now in August I have heard nothing apart from a message in July that containers of goods are coming from China and are delayed 😰 Who can help me!??”

“Purchased Caredo table, chairs and parasol. Quick and well packaged delivery. You can judge a company/product on how well it deals with something not right. Week after reporting some self assembly parts missing still not arrived so cannot assemble.”
