We have a dent in our table on opening the package, customer services were great and replaced it as quickly as they could, we are very happy with our outdoor dining set!

I had a rust problem with the legs on a Kettler table I had purchased 4 years ago. Their guarantee was for 5 years and still having the receipt thought I would speak to the garden centre where I purchased it from. Within 48 hours Kettler had contacted me to arrange a new table (a replacement was no longer available) and arrange delivery for the new one and collection of the old one by email and telephone. Delivery/collection was perfect, a specified time slot and then they called on the day to confirm the time for half an hour later. I cannot say how impressed I was with their after sales service, if more companies cared as much about their customers as Kettler did the world would be a happier place. Thank you Kettler, outstanding service!!

I purchased a two seater Kettler garden settee and a chair from John Lewis in spring 2018, and a second chair and matching table in summer 2019. I noticed this summer that a small hole had appeared in the seat of the single chair purchased last year and contacted Kettler with photographs/receipts in September when I realised that the furniture had a three year warranty. Kettler were wonderful and a new chair was despatched very quickly without quibble. I loved the furniture anyway as it is so comfortable, but can highly recommend Kettler's customer service. Thank you Kettler.

Kettler are as good as their word. They have a fantastic after sales department. Our table developed a bit of rust and they replaced it. Twice! No quibbles. A great service. We love the furniture and it has extended the life of it.

Bought the Elba table and benches in April 2019, but the original shipment had no tables so it finally arrived in July. When it arrived the table was rushed and looked awful... Drip marks, wonky leg, wood not sanded and a different colour to the benches. I found out today (october) that it will not be resolved until February 2020 at the earliest. This cost over £1200 and is so disappointing. 3rd party seller can't tell me anything and Kettler have never reached out to discuss.

The first associate left on maternity and didn't pass my claim on to a colleague. The settlement of the claim took 6-8 weeks longer than initially indicated. The original claim was for replacement slats that burnt when wine glasses were placed on the table on a sunny day, the table not being fit for purpose. I requested a replacement glass topped table (which retailed cheaper than the slatted table), which was eventually granted. Your system didn't recognise this change and I received 3 further calls, after delivery of the glass topped table, from your associates who wanted to arrange delivery of replacement slats???

When I took delivery of an item of furniture which had been damaged, presumably in transit, Kettler made speedy arrangements to replace it. The matter was handled very efficiently and I was left feeling that their Customer Service could not have been better.

We have owned a kettler table and chairs for at least 25 years and it is as good now as when we brought it, we have just brought a second set to take to Spain one of the chair legs was bent we contacted the seller, sent photos, they contacted Kettler and a replacement was sent out straight away, excellent service from Kettler.

We purchased the Cortona garden furniture set at the end of last year. We soon discovered that the chairs, although heavy, are unstable and easily fall backwards in moderate winds. In order to avoid damaging the chairs and our property we have had to weight them down. The problem has been reported to Kettler but they refuse to acknowledge this. We would be interested to know if anyone else has had this issue with the Cortona chairs?

This is the second time that I have had to make a claim regarding chairs I have purchased from Kettler. On both occasions the claims have been honoured without fuss and in a professional manner. I would have no hesitation in recommending Kettler.
