“Very efficient and the company seem reliable. The table seems well made. Possibly the leg supports are vulnerable if the table is treated badly. Customer care is very good and I actually spoke to a real person.”

“I have purchased lots of Kettler furniture and several protection covers the quality is excellent. Not the cheapest furniture but the quality and workmanship is far superior to other brands.”

“The table ONCE assembled is a lovely table, However, assembly is time-consuming, and realistically takes 2 people 3 LONG hours, Also at one stage needs 3 of you. Updates on delivery are very good too. However the delivery was not too good, Arrived early and spoke very little English, to say the least, The box was banged and thrown about and everything was loose inside and damaged. Think you need to look at the delivery company that you are using, Could do better here cause it's the only thing that let the whole process down.”

“We had cracks in both arms of our 12 month old Novero sun lounger. I contacted the sales department and Jenny Skyba organised replacements which arrived within a few days. This company is really into customer service/satisfaction. An excellent service. Thank you Jenny.”

“I recently spoke to the customer services (Nicky) who could not have been more helpful. I had damaged the bottom pole on my parasol and couldn't use it without a replacement. Kettler had sold out of new poles but could order one for September. In the meantine, Nicky rang technical services who were able to supply me with another pole , allbeit a little scratched. This was free of charge while I wait for a new one. I have had my Kettler Royal Garden Table and chairs too for quite a number of years now, so long I can't remember, and they are still in great condition. Excellent products and service.”

“The arms on my Novero sun- lounger ( my second) cracked and broke after just 12 months. I contacted sales and Jenny Skyba arranged for replacements to be delivered to me within 48 working hours. What fantastic service. I could not be happier. A great company to do business with. George of Ascot”

“Awesome warranty provision. Had a major fault with an outdoor sofa we had bought about 18 months earlier. No quibble replacement from Kettler - reported it on the Monday, new one arrived on the Friday. Superb treatment and service.”

“We ordered our Kettler garden and dining furniture from John Lewis - unfortunately we had issues with the dining chairs after a few years but Kettler jumped in and investigated the problem and have replaced the chairs! A brilliant result!!!!”
