“Great products but in short supply hence my 3 star rating. I desperately need a replacement cover (original has all but perished) for my compact corner seating set but not available anywhere so it's now subjected to the elements? Not cheap either.”

“Our outdoor acacia chairs got chipped and changed colour to black. Kettler accepted to replace these under warranty. Few weeks later, table had the same issue and Kettler refused to change. It is the same problem few weeks apart and they are contradicting themselves. I now escalated the problem and filing a formal complaint. You can see the problem from the photos below. Avoid these outdoor furniture.”

“Purchased outdoor table tennis table which was delivered more quickly than estimated. All of the components were present and correct and the quality appears to be good. The only complaint is that the assembly instructions were unclear in certain areas.”
