I had my 'grumpy' head on by the time I got through to Kate Beverley, but she immediately put my mind at rest and sorted out all of the issues that had occurred with the delivery of my Kettler Furniture. She is a credit to the company. Anne Hutchinson

This is not the product it was my 12 yr old chairs are fine but my 4yr old table is starting to show signs of rust whats gone wrong

Fantastic quality and price. Fault with cover protector (colour match ) without delay sent me a replacement, they also kept me updated which was great. So impressed with Kettler my daughter has just bought corner patio set , parasol and protectors. She is over the moon with her new purchases. Just in time for glorious weather 😁☀️

My Elba LED Candle had stopped working after being stored away for the winter, and after an extremely fast response to my initial email I received a brand new one by courier. Dean in Sales gave excellent customer service. Well done Kettler, very impresssed.

Chairs have developed a rough surface (Rust?) When visitors sit on them their clothes become 'hitched'. The table is perfect! It is a shame as it is a compact little set, so easy to fold and store

I had an issue with the protective cover for my lovely Palma Round garden furniture however it was no problem for Kettler. Although out of stock at the time, as soon as they came back in stock they were delivered to me. The fact the communication emails were responded to in a timely matter really makes all the difference. Besides goods being up to standard whoever the company, the after sales imo is equally important. So thank you Kettler!

Kate from aftersales garden spares dept was very helpful in getting a replacement pole for our garden parasol which had dented when it blew over. I wanted to replace the lower section of the pole rather than buy a replacement parasol. She contacted me to say they had found one and it was sent via courier. Parasol is now as good as new and cost a fraction of the cost of replacement.

Very poor customer service from their sales department. I requested via a contact form some basic product details which weren’t given on the product page on their website. Their response was to look at the website. In response I specifically asked for the detail again pointing out that it wasn’t featured on the website. Kettler’s second response was a screen shot of the product page. After this they’ve failed to respond to my third contact with them and therefore I’ve decided to purchase from one of their competitors. If Kettler keep up this level of service they’ll lose more customers.

Purchased our Kettler "Mini Palma" corner suite and on the first use our two glasses that were on the table melted the surface. Following our subsequent complaint we were informed that the table is "not designed to be used in sunlight with glasses without a cover" - a ridiculous flaw for a garden table! We have now been forced to buy replacement slates from Kettler's and will need to use a tablecloth every time we use the table. Be aware of this serious design flaw if considering buying Kettler products.

Good quality outdoor furniture easy to follow instructions for putting together. Website clear and easy to navigate. Delivery kept us informed of arrival and took packages to where we wanted them

I have a table tennis table which is getting on a bit but not yet 10 years old. Last year it warped and split badly on one side. It's an outdoor table and as far as I understood it had a 10 year guarantee. I have endless conversations about getting a part to fix this, but was told I had to produce the original guarantee. I was unable to do this (table had been passed on to me by a friend who was moving out of the country)... So so many conversations about it and ultimately am now told that the part doesn't exist.... Disappointed with: I thought Kettler was a good brand, so surprised the this happened in the first place. I thought Kettler had a 10 year guarantee so the fact that it's worth nothing is a shame. The whole experience has changed my opinion of Kettler from a decent solid brand, to one I would never ever buy from again. I am now in a position to be replacing the table and will NOT be getting a Kettler. Cornilleau I have a 10 year guarantee, so I'm heading in that direction currently....

Palma dining chair is excellent. Palma Bistro Table needs assembly which is a long job because the 12 bolts don’t all line up very well. You have to do a bit with each bolt at a time very carefully, and because they’re not all truly aligned with their sockets it’s tough work with the little Allen key. But ok at last.

I purchased a Kettler Treadmill 18 months ago. I am pleased enough with the equipment. However the after sales support is appalling. I phoned Kettler two weeks ago to ask for a service, I was passed to a second party who passed my details on to a third party. Over a week passed and I heard absolutely nothing so I phoned again, I was spoken to curtly about how busy they were and once again they promised that I would be contacted. Again I heard nothing. I phoned for a third time and spoke to a person who was rather too tired to bother with me, I explained I would be writing this review, he sighed and said he would try and contact an engineer. Tomorrow I will be contacting a private company as it seems Kettler can’t be bothered to service your machines after they have sold you one.
