“Help! 2 or 3 days out of guarantee two of my garden chairs failed. I rang the firm and from then on it was a dream. I still had my invoice obviously so able to prove ownership I provided photos of the damage, after which I was told that they would be very happy to replace my chairs, sadly it was the end of summer, Again no worry I was assured when the new stock came in during January 2017 I would hear from them, I did I was contacted and a date for delivery was made at our convenience I was provided with labels for returning the damaged goods, they were delivered Tuesday and the damaged ones collected the following day. The service provided was exceptional and everyone was so helpful, I shall have hesitation in buying any of their products in the future.”

“I was initially unsure who to contact to obtain a replacement power lead for my machine. The response from Kettler was very prompt and the delivery only took a few days. Excellent customer service received. Would recommend without hesitation”
