“Although the Kettler product I purchased was defective the response to replace the items was very good and understanding of the problem. Replacement took some time but when the product was again in stock it was efficient and satisfactory. No chasing on my part was required”

“Problems occur and on this occasion we had to return an item to Kettler close to the end of the warranty period. Our concerns were dealt with immediately and without drama. A new item was delivered and the old one collected at the same time. The delivery process was first class with the team arriving within the window indicated. Reassuring to see a good product backed up by great customer service.”

“Very good quality. Completely waterproof and robust which protects the furniture. There are elastic adjusters at each corner which allow the cover to be secured in high winds however, due to the fit of the cover, it sits securely without using the adjusters. Would recommend”

“We ordered a large patio set with additional chairs called the Ezra range along with the parasol with LED lighting and speaker. When the set arrived, some of the items were damaged. We sent photographs to Kettler and the items were replaced within a week. The quality and feel of the patio set is great and it looks very nice compared to other patio sets we considered.”

“I have not reviewed as already advised I was sent the incorrect cover despite ordering the correct cover, ours is the more oblong pit but the cover is for a more square pit. Have also now emailed twice to rectify but no one has got back to me. Please contact me ASAP.”

“we had a chair set that had started to rust - after 3 years I contacted Kettler and they replaced it - no fuss and really quick. Fantastic customer service - could easily have been a bad experience, but has meant I would have no hesitation in shopping with Kettler again!”
