“Resolved my issue. Technically I was just out of the 5 year period. They asked me to try lubricating it with stuff I hadn’t tried. Unfortunately this did not work so they replaced the item.”

“They responded quickly and efficiently to a guarantee issue. Incidentally the guarantee had just expired. We had purchased a set of good quality chairs. One had showed signs of rusting. We sent a photo of the issue. They replaced without quibble within 10 days. Fantastic customer service. Well done”

“Surprised at how quickly our Siena chairs have rusted (3 years), especially as my sister in law had a similar set for over 20 years with no problems, but cannot fault their warranty service. They contact you promptly to arrange replacement and are now using a much mire reliable courier service.”
