At the time of writing (5.25 pm on Tuesday 18th April 2017) the goods have not arrived. There seems little point in reviewing them beyond praising the alacrity of whatever function within Kettler solicits reviews. Hopefully, the goods will arrive tomorrow. Please chase them up.

In a previous review I did not mention the carrier Kettler uses for delivery and collection. They are called Panther Carrier and the driver and his assistant were so courteous, polite, careful and generous with their time to set up the furniture and remove all the shipping materials. I highly recommend this carrier and thank Kettler for using such a responsible and accurate service. Accurate in the sense they emailed me the day before to give me a time slot, reconfirmed later that evening, sent a text the morning of the delivery and then called to let us know they were a few minutes away. And the driver and his associate would not even stop for a cuppa since they didn't want to make the next appointments late. Very very impressive.

We needed to replace some outdoor furniture which had started to rust. Not only did they replace the entire set but they allowed us to keep the original table for no additional costs and also changed our parasol. We were most impressed by the personal service and the consideration they showed us, even without a receipt.

Little disappointed really. Ordered some touch up paint for mesh furniture only to receive the smallest of samples for £8.

I bought replacement foot caps for four chairs. They were a tight fit. I warmed the caps in hot water then stretched them by pushing them onto the handle of a large screwdriver - they then slipped on without difficulty.

We had an issue with some garden furniture which developed rust patches within its guarantee period. Our seller (Gates garden centre) put us in touch with Kettler who asked for photos by email. Once they had these, they very promptly arranged replacement of the affected items and collection of the old ones. OK, it's not good to have this kind of issue; but the promptness and effectiveness of the customer service made this a positive experience.

Thank you Jason,customer satisfaction certainly is very important to you and your company. I contacted Kettler ,a little tongue in cheek,i purchased a garden set of 8 chairs table ,seat covers etc in July 2012,taking them out of the garage last week [getting ready for summer] I noticed one chair was showing signs of rust ,informed Jason , also mentioned one other chair had a small patch of rust,the table and remaining 6 chairs were as good as new,without hesitation Jason arranged collection of the faulty chairs replacing them the following day with new ones.If you are thinking about a purchase from this company DONT HESITATE there quality and pride in customer satisfaction is a credit to them. New steering wheel was a better and much stronger replacement than original as the moulding was completely rounded. Fitted in 5 minutes no problem and with quick delivery solved our problem in a jiffy. Great to own a quality product with readily available so are parts which seems a rarity these dates 10/10 thanks.

Ordered a new drive belt for my very old Kettler CTR Cross-Trainer on-line. Pleased to say it was delivered within 48hrs, fitted and the machine is now back in action! Great service and really easy to buy on-line through the web-site.

Small bottle of touch up paint ( nail varnish size) very expensive at £8 , but cannot fault the product or speed of service.
