“I have only the highest praise for the after sales customer service provided by Kettler. A problem with a garden table was dealt with most efficiently and professionally by a very motivated team. The pick-up of the old table and delivery of the replacement was a completely smooth operation thanks to the Kettler team and their courier (Panther). Overall, I have been extremely impressed by Kettler and recommend them highly and with confidence.”

“fast efficient service only let down by the collection of old chairs. On he day the transport company twice changed the collection time and then called at 2pm to say they could not collect on my day of choice. - they came the next day but the inconvenience was significant.”

“We love our corner sofa for the garden and when we put it away for the winter we left the clips that hold the furniture together on the seats. During a storm one of the clips was lost and Kettler immediately sent out a replacement when we informed them. Great product and superb customer service.”
