“They seemed genuinely concerned when I made my claim and they were only to happy to help,they also kept me informed on how my claim was being processed which was resolved successfully”

“My Kettler garden chairs started to rust after 3 years, well within the warranty. I contacted Kettler who were so helpful, excellent service, a week later I received 4 replacement chairs. a very happy bunny”
