“Had two garden chairs from my sons for a present, they are superb so I decided to purchase your covers to protect them. Ordering was easy, delivery as stated. Very pleased with the service and very impressed with the quality of chairs and covers. Will probably purchase a double cocoon now. Thank you.”

“The instructions are hopeless. It took two hours to assemble. The gas hinges didn’t work so it is stuck in open . No customers services after 5.00 pm and at weekends. Not impressed for an item that cost over £749.”

“We had recently bought our Kettler Palms garden furniture and needed some protection from the elements of our “British Weather”. We went online and managed to get covers for all our chairs, sofa and table and are extremely pleased with the quality of the products and would encourage everyone to get them for theirs too.”

“The mini firepit table cover is fab, seems good quality and delivered when it said it should have been. I was not impressed with the courier you used however, who left the parcel on the doorstep in clear view of the road as I was out.”

“General quality seems good, however, some of the screw holes did not align with associated parts or the blind holes they were either too deep where you lost the toggle nut or they were full of gash wood shavings. This is not what I expected of the quality of the table at this expensive price. In addition, I was surprised to find there was no facility on the tabletop for the location of an umbrella pole.”

“Ordered parts for my Kettler table as I lost one of the feet off my table, simple process found part I needed easily & at a very reasonable price. Item was well packed and dispatched as per the information on the website. Excellent overall service helping to keep my beautiful Kettler garden furniture set in top condition, recommended to all.”
