We had an issue with several of their coated metal furniture, which came with a 5-year guarantee. After about 3 years, they started rusting in a small way, and they replaced them very quickly, with just a photo emailed to them as proof. We understood they had a bad batch of this furniture. Unfortunately, the coating of one of the replacement chairs also started peeling off in quite a major way, after less than 2 years, and again they replaced with no quibble. I cannot remember dealing with a firm that has made so little fuss about things under guarantee - the usual pattern of prevarication, asking for excess proof of purchase etc, simply didn't happen here. Customer service par excellence! Well done.

Had a couple of small rust spots appear on my garden table (less than a year old). Contacted Kettler with photos and copy of receipt and they sent a brand new replacement within a week or so - no quibble at all. Even offered to collect the old one or told me I could keep it to do with what I wanted. Best customer service I have had in ages and an example that many other companies could follow!!!!!

Had rusting on a garden twinseat which was one month within the 5 year guarantee. The customer service team were incredibly efficient and a replacement was delivered within 10 days. An excellent example of good customer service.

We had rust on all of our 8 chairs and table which were about 4.5 years old, as soon as we provided photographic evidence to Kettler, all were replaced quickly and efficiently. The original had been made in China, the replacement made in Tiwan, so must assume that there was a standards problem. Overall a very efficient service so much so that we have now also bought a smaller table with chairs.

What a brilliant company to deal with. I had an issue with rust on garden furniture and everything was dealt with promptly, efficiently and with no hassle. Telephone answered promptly every time, emails replied to immediately, pleasant staff to talk to. They are a shining example of how all companies should work. Well done all at Kettler

I had an issue with rusting on some 4 year old garden chairs & their after sales service was first rate with replacing them within 7/10 days.I would highly recommend this company for their prompt,efficient & courteous service.Looking @ the other comments they obviously have had issues with some of their garden furniture.Let,s hope they have sorted out the problem.

My daughter had bought kettler outdoor furniture about 10 years ago. Webought some five years ago over that period we had have the extending table replaced also all the chairs some twice because of rust. Fair play all items were replaced promptly.

We purchased our garden furniture approx 18 months ago, noticed that the 4 chairs and stool where going rusty. Followed the online claims procedure and received replacements within 10 days. Excellent customer service.

We bought a patio table and for chairs nearly three years ago. When they were washed down a few weeks ago ready for this season we noticed the table top was starting to crack and the surface coating beginning to peel back. On the seeing photographs we submitted Kettler immediately agreed to send a replacement table and arrange for the old one to be collected. In summary, quick, easy and highly efficient service from what is clearly an ethical and highly reputable company. I just wish more companies behaved in such a fair way with their customers.

We bought an outdoor table and chairs 4 years ago which had began to rust, I was aware of the 5 year warantee and called to enquire. The company were incredibly helpful and arranged for a replacement set to be delivered. I was even more impressed that after the winter I received a follow up call to check my replacement table was ok as they had had issues with this design, my new table had a small amount of rust so without any quibble they replaced it. I can not fault the customer service, yes I had an issue but they went out of their way to solve the problem. Highly recommended.

Ordered a new chair under the warranty Kettler provide as there was a small area of rust that had formed. Online form very easy to complete and just had to attach pics and original receipt. Very prompt reply to confirm all OK and new replacement chair received within days - Excellent service thank you!

Kettler's customer service was superb. Very helpful, understanding and efficient. I had an issue under warranty and this was resolved immediately. Their products are top quality and I would have no hesitation buying from their range again.
