“Hi, delivery of our sofa was very easy and we’ve had our garden sofa for a year and still looks brand new !! We use the cover for it and our cushions go in a garden box . Very comfortable and great quality , looks fantastic in our garden with the bifold doors open and lights & candles on in the evening , we had an issue with our table which was replaced immediately with NO questions asked !! Great company to deal with we love kettler products .”

“The garden set arrived on time. As we only viewed it online we were very surprised at the good quality of all of it including the cushions. It is very comfortable.”

“Customer service second to none. Always kept informed on delivery dates as due to COVID some of the furniture wasn’t available straight away but that wasn’t anyone fault & as I said I was always informed. The furniture is stunning & high spec. Can’t comment on returns as this suite is here to stay”

“Fantastic quality outdoor furniture, delivery was speedy and all really well packaged. Really enjoyed using the rattan seating set and still looks good as new despite 2 summers of constant use!”

“I purchased the Kettler Palma toner Set with the Rectangular Gas Fire Pit Table and a Parasol with LED lighting. When guest come around for a BBQ the Kettler garden furniture is always the highlight of the conversation. It looks great the quality is clearly superior to other garden centre furniture. It makes my backyard look great. People say I have a holiday resort in my back yard. I love it.”

“Delivered on time, well packaged. Initial mix up by delivery driver but sorted straight away. Furniture itself absolutely beautiful, worth paying the extra money compared to cheaper garden centre furtniture!”

“I have purchased numerous Kettler products and would highly recommend. Whilst not the cheapest - they are of high quality, along with style and performance. I have Kettler Palms left hand corner sofa, plus the recliner set which are so comfy ! The winter covers mean they are well protected and the product guarantee give you piece of mind”

“Brought an outside L sofa and fire pit table last year. Absolutely love it and 100% worth the money when buying from Kettler. Delivery was faster than expected too which was great as we had to wait for what we wanted to be back in stock! Would highly recommend.”

“We purchased the Palma wooden top table which bubbles if a glass is put on it. We use coasters but this isn’t good enough you have to use bigger mats or a table cloth which ruins the look of the table. Love the seating though.”

“I received a parasol with solar lights which did not work. I was provided with a replacement part which did not solve the problem. Felt I was getting nowhere when I was contacted by a very nice guy who finally sorted a replacement for the whole unit. It was collected and delivered with times provided. So it was a bumpy start with a smooth finish and I love the parasol😂”

“I ordered table chairs and umbrella. Delivery was very prompt on arrival one of the cushions for the chairs was the wrong size. I rang customer service and spoke to a very helpful lady who arranged for a replacement to be sent. This arrived next day excellent service and quality product. Would certainly recommend.”

“The egg chairs we ordered are fantastic we got a single and double one. Very happy with quality very sturdy my granddaughter loves them. I know they were late been delivered however I was kept informed of the situation.”
