“Good product - quality feel - very sturdy - only drawback is the size of the base, maybe this could be communicated better - as it is very large and takes up a bit of space - I realise the need for sturdy base weighted down but the base is large”

“Once erected it’s a very fine piece of kit. The assembly instructions are pretty dire - definitely could do something on this to make it easier to understand”

“Love the garden furniture, comfortable, stylish, and well built. The furniture covers on the other hand are a different story, ours only lasted 2 years which is disappointing, I expected better, especially for the price. I wish the 3 year guarantee was extended to the covers not just the furniture.”

“What a fantastic service. The cover of my sofa had a tear in it as a result of a thinning of the material. Without quibble Kettler sent me a replacement. I was asked by Kettler when it would suit me to receive delivery and they arranged for the courier company to deliver when it was most convenient for me (not them). Brilliant. Thank you.”

“My order gave a date it was arriving. It didnt turn up and stated the package was damaged, then repackaged and dispatched still didnt turn up so after a couple of weeks I gave up and asked for a refund which then took several days.”

“Although the paint worked quite well I do think the size of the pot is extremely small to enable anyone to complete the job of keeping on top of any rating that might occur. I thought that the pot might be small & as such ordered two pots to complete a job on six chairs & a large table. However if the pots had been of a decent size I could have done a better overall finish on my set.”
