Quality products supported by great team Have bought a number of garden furniture products from Kettler and when I've needed advice on their care and maintenance, or any issues I've found them easy and straightforward to deal with with very good advice.

Reasonably priced furniture, adequately built, but their maintenance products, necessary to keep the furniture in good condition cost an absolute fortune, and their mail order is hopelessly slow.

The service we had regarding a replacement for a damaged garden table was top class. Everything was handled quickly and efficiently. Even Panther, the couriers were very helpful and polite. We would definitely recommend Kettler.

I've emailed kettler twice because the strap holding up the parasol has broken and I have not had a response. I didn't want to give one star!!!

A garden table had to be replaced under Warranty because of signs of rusting. Kettler immediately ordered a replacement table which arrived exactly on the date advised and the courier took away the old table. Very impressed by how Kettler handled the claim.

After a winter covered in a Kettler cover my mini fire-pit table top was scratched. I contacted Kettler who within 1 hour responded that they would replace the table. The next day a date for delivery was arranged for the replacement and it was delivered on the date promised. Unfortunately, 1 of the glass screws arrived without a thread - once again following an email to Kettler, a replacement screw was in the mail. I cannot praise Kettler support enough for their prompt service and efficiency.

I'm very happy with my Kettler cover for the Kalos 105cm Aluminium fire pit. The cover is very nicely made, robust and properly waterproof. A little tip is to position a box on the pumice area so that it's slightly higher than the glass surround to prevent rain pooling in this area when the cover is on - otherwise perfect.
