“I now have three generations of Kettler furniture. The earliest must be at least 25years old, then matching table and chairs(bought in France). Latest the companion seating which very nearly matches. I think that says how much I love the Kettler product for it’s longevity and good looks.”

“Fabulous furniture, we are very happy with our Palma corner sofa set and our Elba dining set . I have recently emailed Kettler to ask about cleaning products and I was emailed next day with all the information I needed. Great Service”

“Excellent customer service..had small issue with one of the chairs on a versa corner unit, but excellent service replaced the whole set communication excellent throughout. If only every customer service was this good, gives you confidence buying online !!”

“My parcel did arrive unfortunately I ordered the wrong size cover e mailed Kettler and got an immediate response and they are happy to exchange for the bigger size they were most helpful”

“Needed a couple of parts for my Panasol gazebo so rang customer service today. Spoke with a really pleasant and helpful Customer Service advisor called Emily. She sorted out my issues very quickly and to my complete satisfaction. If only all customer service departments were this switched on and helpful.”

“We ordered a kettler palma mini corner sofa set for our new patio from John Lewis. Kettler were effectively a 3rd party acting on behalf of John Lewis. Communication from Kettler was non existent with regard to delivery of the product. After almost 3 weeks we were finally contacted by the delivery team who told us they would be delivering the product in 45 mins!! Luckily we were at home to accept delivery. The product appears to be of good quality and looks great. We haven’t been able to use it properly yet due to the weather but are hopeful it will be all we are expecting. The delivery team were polite and courteous.”

“Late last year I ordered on line some touch up paint for our Kettler RHS bench. When it arrived it was obviously the wrong shade so I contacted Customer Services to see if they could help. I received an almost instantaneous reply from Kat Wood giving me a link to reorder the correct shade. Unfortunately, the link was to the same shade of paint that I previously ordered. Having advised Kat of this she replied within the hour saying that she had sourced the correct colour and as a goodwill gesture would send one out free of charge. This has been nothing but a pleasant exchange of messages and a perfect outcome. Kat's level of customer service has been nothing short of outstanding and her superiors should be justifiably proud of her. If there is an 'Employee of the Month' award Kat should certainly be nominated. If there isn't, someone should buy her an industrial size G&T!”

“The table hasn't been built yet but I had to email Kettler to complain about the delivery as it was shocking. The table tennis box was open and ripped down the front, as they tipped the box a lot of the contents fell out which they scooped up and shoved back in. As they'd parked in the middle of the village road they left the box propped against the fence at the bottom of the driveway, I mentioned there was only me and could they help to which they replied they have blocked the road and have to go, so unsure if all parts are there, didn't realise I had to build the table but can't comment on what this involves. We have used the outdoor 1 on holiday and it was brilliant, so fingers crossed all the bits are there and its easy to assemble as this is a Christmas gift.”
