My daughter had bought kettler outdoor furniture about 10 years ago. Webought some five years ago over that period we had have the extending table replaced also all the chairs some twice because of rust. Fair play all items were replaced promptly.

We purchased our garden furniture approx 18 months ago, noticed that the 4 chairs and stool where going rusty. Followed the online claims procedure and received replacements within 10 days. Excellent customer service.

We bought a patio table and for chairs nearly three years ago. When they were washed down a few weeks ago ready for this season we noticed the table top was starting to crack and the surface coating beginning to peel back. On the seeing photographs we submitted Kettler immediately agreed to send a replacement table and arrange for the old one to be collected. In summary, quick, easy and highly efficient service from what is clearly an ethical and highly reputable company. I just wish more companies behaved in such a fair way with their customers.

We bought an outdoor table and chairs 4 years ago which had began to rust, I was aware of the 5 year warantee and called to enquire. The company were incredibly helpful and arranged for a replacement set to be delivered. I was even more impressed that after the winter I received a follow up call to check my replacement table was ok as they had had issues with this design, my new table had a small amount of rust so without any quibble they replaced it. I can not fault the customer service, yes I had an issue but they went out of their way to solve the problem. Highly recommended.

Ordered a new chair under the warranty Kettler provide as there was a small area of rust that had formed. Online form very easy to complete and just had to attach pics and original receipt. Very prompt reply to confirm all OK and new replacement chair received within days - Excellent service thank you!

Kettler's customer service was superb. Very helpful, understanding and efficient. I had an issue under warranty and this was resolved immediately. Their products are top quality and I would have no hesitation buying from their range again.

Purchased a patio set in 2015 and unfortunately the table surface proved defective, this was replaced within days direct from Kettler. I understand that there has been an issue with this particular material as the replacement table was found to have failed when examining in April this year. These things happen and Kettler was again superb in its rapid response and replacement table of a different material, but one which I readily accepted as being just as acceptable to me.and again superb,

Like others, I also recently suffered a rust problem with my patio set which was just short of 5 years old. On contacting Kettler with photos and copy receipt I was thrilled when they kindly offered a replacement set. This duly arrived on the allocated day, with the faulty item being collected the following day as planned. A big thumbs up for their excellent customer service.

We have a number of items of Kettler furniture and the most recent purchase was a table and 4 chairs in April 2015. In April this year we noticed rust developing on all of the chairs and also the table was showing early signs of similar rusting. Having spoken to the sales dept. I submitted some photos and a copy of the original invoice and within days a new set of furniture was on its way to us. Excellent response

I had bought table/chairs 4 1/2 years ago. Noticed rust developing on two chairs. Thankfully I kept my receipt so contacted Kettler and within a week I had two new chairs and the old ones taken back. I must thank Kettler for a fantastic response and that the company do take good care of their customers.

Two reclining garden chairs were purchased and delivered, When they were unpacked one of them was damaged. We contacted the retailer about this who put the warranty into effect and then passed the issue on to Kettler. Kettler responded within 24 hours , they arranged to deliver a new chair and to collect the damaged one, absolutely no quibbles. This all happened within the space of just over a week. This service was excellent, I could not have asked for anything better. The chairs are absolutely gorgeous, so comfortable, we love them.

We had an issue with some of the finish on the chairs which was resolved very successfully. Kettler customer service was second to none. All the faulty chairs were exchanged for brand new ones, within a short space of time. We are very pleased with the garden furniture and Kettler customer service.

Noticed slight signs of rust on garden chairs after 3.5 years. Six new chairs valued at almost £500 delivered within a week, with absolutely no quibble. Fantastic service.

Bought a Kettler La Mode lounge set with a coffee table towards the end of last season. Beautiful quality and looks great. Rarely experienced customer service this good in recent years! Exceptional and highly recommended. There was a small chip on the glass top of the large coffee table. Kettler customer support were exceptional - problem acknowledge and replacement ordered. Slightly delayed as awaiting new stock but kept me informed throughout. If they said they would call on a specific day they did. Replacement received, a minor problem with the courier re returned table was resolved quickly and effectively by Kettler. They clearly trade on their strong reputation for quality and customer service.
