I WAS MORE THAN PLEASED WITH THE WAY I WAS TREATED BY THE FRIENDLY STAFF MEMBER ZAK AND THE CONSIDERATION HE SHOWN TO ME. IT WAS ALSO GOOD TO SEE KETTLER STAND BY THEIR WARRANTY PERIOD. I WOULD HAVE NO PROBLEM WITH HIGHLY RECOMMENDING KETTLER IN THE FUTURE MANY THANKS TO A FIRST CLASS COMPANY

I had a lovely sage green bistro set which unfortunately rusted after a year. I contacted Kettler who were extremely helpful and prompt in replacing the set. Unfortunately they no longer had that particular set so I accepted a replacement in grey. I found them to be very efficient in handling my complaint.

Disappointed that original chair was quite badly rusted after one year. We bought two pots of Kettler paint, at some expense, to attempt the repair ourselves but needed far more paint so we lodged a warranty claim. The replacement arrived only last Friday, many weeks later and too late for the summer weather. So overall, not a happy experience.

Garden dining set. The whole set suffered from severe rusting despite been covered and stored inside during the winter. The whole claim process took 5 months despite us following the claims procedure to the letter. We had numerous (5) failed deliveries meaning taking time away from work. We were constantly chasing Kettler for updates. The replacement set look and feel cheap compared to our original set. Time will tell !! We were even congratulated on receiving our replacement set the day after advising them of damaged components. Good luck

The sevice from Kettler has been exemplary. Just one problem that in the packing of the replacement chairs the plastic protectors for the arms of the top chair were omitted and unfortunately one arm has a small chip. I have spoken to Zak and he is dealing with it. Thank you for excellent service in these days when the customer seems to matter less and less.

Had a faulty covers replaced under warrenty only to receive letters with threats of being invoiced for the new set. Very disappointing. Kettlers internal systems are in need of review.

We are longstanding loyal customers of Kettler, and had a problem with a certain set of garden furniture, which once reported, Kettler stated was part of a faulty batch, and would be replaced without hassle. Very straightforward and honest.

Couldn’t fault Kettler! I have been buying kettler furniture for over 20 years now and I have never looked back! I was so surprised to see how helpful the team are at Kettler and how quick they resolved my problem. I had two amazing customer service agents helping called Zack and Tammie they went above and beyond to help me! 5 stars for the both of them from a very happy and pleased not so young lady.

Poor quality goods, terrible follow up service. I waited almost six months for a replacement cushion box and had to send 21 emails dating back to 11th May in order to eventually secure it. Awful customer service. I shall not be purchasing nor recommending Kettler products.
