“Products are great so far ( only had them a week) lovely quality and comfortable . Had a very frustrating problem with delivery as only got half the order the rest delivered a few days later and delivery company had very different explanations depending on who I spoke to.. delivery drivers said it wouldn’t all fit on van but would def be delivered later that day but that wasn’t the case as half the order was lost!”

“We purchased a sizeable gift for our son. It was delivered on time and put inside our home as it was heavy. Good delivery service. However when it was opened by my son there was evidence of damage on the inside of the box. The polystyrene was snapped and we discovered that the pizza oven was dented and the gas pipes pulled away from the main body. It had certainly been opened before and revealed up. A replacement was arranged very efficiently but it detracted from the pleasure of receiving the gift. The new item was delivered in the same efficient way and in excellent condition. Despite the issues we are pleased with our purchase.”

“Lamp arrived broken and wonky - and in the wrong colour way to what was ordered. Customer service was not great and requested a photo of the damage but then went cold. Not heard back from them , shame as we wanted to order 20 for our wedding venues garden”

“I got a great deal on a Kettler Day Bed in their sale. The website and ordering process were easy to navigate. Delivery was quick and delivered to the spot I asked them to place it. Assembly was simple, however there was a screw missing. I reported this to Kettler and was sent the part, which didn’t arrive, but when sent again it did. Things can go wrong with any delivery, but I always say it’s what they do about it that matters and I can certainly say that their customer service was brilliant and they even gave me £50 back for the inconvenience which I was not expecting!”
