“I think the products are very good but when I ordered some replacement footways online I expected a confirmation email. I did not receive any communication about purchase or delivery but there could possibly be a good explanation why!”

“First one - the frame for a chair was bent Second one - table was wonky - tried to bend the legs it and it snapped”

“The pedals I ordered was unfortunately not the correct ones for the Kettler Safari GT Orignal Kettcar.The fitting is completely different. Your advice is required as to returning the incorrect ones and if possible replace with the correct pedals. Thankyou”

“Purchased our Palma corner set 6 years ago, have just purchased a new set of cushion covers for it and it looks as good as the day we bought it. No wear or tear showing after 6 years on any of the rattan parts. Would highly recommend.”
