Found rust on six garden furniture chairs after. Sent pictures and relative information to them and quickly had verification and new chairs where delivered. Very good and prompt attention.

Arrived really quickly. Initially I thought I had some fixings missing (washers etc.) but found these were not required anyway due to the design being slightly different to the instruction manual. Very well made and relatively easy and quick to put together. Really solid go kart that my 5 year old son loves.

Sent a warranty claim on Sunday, the replacement chairs arrived on Thursday. Old chairs removed on Friday. This is excellent service. Pity about the rust forming in the first place .

We had a problem with our table and 4 chairs which had been manufactured from faulty material. After contacting Kettler we received first class service and our table & chairs were replaced.

Kettler did replace items that eere part of a faulty batch.They were always nice to deal with and it is always complicated when the itrms are in a second home many miles away.

Having bought what we thought was a rust free product, we have twice had to have chairs replaced that have rusted. They have been replaced without any problems, but it would have been better if the product had lived up to its promise of not rusting. Having had our latest chairs replaced this year we just hope that should we be in this situation yet again that we will have the items changed again without any issues.

We had a further problem with rusting furniture after it had been replaced once before, we are near the sea and it gets a battering. After Sales decided to replace it with a new set again but a better version. So far so good with the new set it has withstood the "Beast from the East". This was all done at no extra charge and no debate fantastic company would use all the time for other items. Brilliant well done Kettler.

Two of our set of 6 garden chairs had gone rusty within a couple of years of purchase. Kettler replaced them without quibble and very quickly. Very happy with their response and resolution.

I had a problem with my garden chairs which went rusty after 15 months. I contacted Kettler and they responded immediately. Within five days of my complaint four new chsirs were delivered. I was very impressed with the way in which they dealt with my problem.

Furniture is best that i have ever had, much better than wooden which i have bought in the past. I did have an issue with some of the furniture but Kettler were amazing in making a replacement available. Their customer service is second to none. 5 stars are well deserved
