We purchased 2 Kettler chairs and a table 5 years ago through John Lewis. The table is absolutely fine but 2 years ago both chairs started to rust on the arms. They were replaced by Kettler through JL. A few weeks ago the two new chairs developed the self same fault in the same place and have been changed again by Kettler. Needless to say we are very pleased with the service. That said I do feel there may be an inherent problem with the chairs. 4 chairs all with the same fault in the same place in the same time scale!! I trust the new ones last longer or I will really be testing Kettle’s customer service looking for a further replacement.

There is a 5 year warranty on the garden furniture. I needed to use this with just a few weeks remaining and was expecting to be "fobbed off". Kettler were fantastic - the replacement service was prompt and I was kept updated on timings. BTW I have some older Kettler garden furniture that is like new after nearly 20 years.

We ordered 6 kettler chairs to go with our Kettler garden table approx 4 years ago. After 2 years the chairs showed signs of rusting and Kettler changed the chairs after I sent photographic evidence of the problem. A further 2 years later the rust appeared again on the replacement chairs and again Kettler changed the offending chairs with no questions asked. Apparently Kettler have improved the finish of their garden furniture and have assured me that the problem is sorted. I hope that is true. I am very happy with Kettlers after sales service

Generous replacement policy when things go wrong, such as rust patches. Helpful staff who keep one posted about replacements. The outdoor furniture is also very stylish.

Great garden table/chairs and umbrella .design good.Quality let’s Kettler down .Both arm chairs suffered the same peeling of paint on the arms despite being stored undercover .Complained and received two new arm chairs eventually .Good customer service regular updates.

We had bad experience with their metal garden furniture, with it rusting badly within 12 months. Despite several exchanges over the years,, the problem remained. Kettler were very good at honouring their guarantee promises, but we eventually agreed to have furniture from another Kettler range. Even so, the resin top of the table warped during last winter and has had to be exchanged. I rate them good from the way they handled my issues, but not from their products.

3 out of our outside chairs developed rust, the fourth didn't. I contacted Kettler and tried to follow their on line complaints line, sadly that was not working. However, after a telephone call, I was helped by a young lady who asked me to send a description and photos of the chairs in question. A few days later I received a call to say that they would replace the 3 chairs as they were only 2 years into a 5 year warrantee. Although we had to wait a few weeks for a new batch to arrive, I can say that the delivery of the new chairs, and the collection of the old ones went smoothly. Great service. Just one small point the delivery company who delivered my chairs would not take away the very large box in which they came. It was difficult for me to dispose of the said box. Overall dealing with Kettler was a positive experience and I would not hesitate to recommend their products and service. Thank you...Gordon Downey, Enfield

After nearly four years outside our very expensive garden chairs began to show signs of rust. I contacted Kettler, sent them some photos and within ten days they replaced all the chairs under warranty. Fantastic service!

Patio table showed signs of rusting after 12mths. Table had a 5yr rust warranty. No quibble replacement by Kettler, delivered and old unit collected. If only everyone gave this level of customer service! Well done and thanks Kettler. I have a few Kettler products and will definitely buy more!

The guarantee was honoured after 4 years when we found signs of rust on our garden chairs and table. They were exchanged within days. Great service.

We were delighted with our garden furniture when it arrived. A week or so later we realized that one of the wicker strips was coming undone. I contacted Kettler and they could not have been more helpful. They replaced the armchair with a brand new one. I was extremely impressed by their customer service and expect to get many years of enjoyment out of my fantastic furniture. I can not recommend Kettler highly enough.
