Excellent Customer Service. One package of the three did not arrive as it was sent to the wrong depot. However when I rang CS they investigated and called me back within 5 minutes. The remaining package was delievered a few day later. Great service!

Customer service and aftersales is terrible. We purchased a treadmill that is faulty after just 6 weeks. We have called and emailed Kettler but we either don't get a reply at all or they say a local engineer will be contacting us but we have heard nothing. It has been 10 days now and not once have Kettler called us back despite all the promises. I will not waste over 1k on a Kettler product again.

I was disappointed with the quality of the welding and the finish for the joints. Not what I’d expect from this company.

I would like to give the Kettler brand the highest number of stars for their atrocious 3m wind up Parasol which I paid £140 for and has lasted a month and for being so dismissive about my claim from the supplier. The parasol is weak and way too heavy to be of the tilting type and the wafer thin aluminium pole has torn away from the metal pin that runs thru it and the plastic winding mechanism. I am told that because the parasol was placed into a hole in the decking to stop if moving about, that the force of the wind (summer breeze) that it was subjected to caused it to break. The point at which the parasol has broken is half way up the pole and not at the greatest point of leverage which is the lowest point. My opinion is that this item is poorly designed, made from inadequate materials and really not for for purpose. I am very disappointed with both Hillmount Online who sold the product to me and Kettler who have refused to entertain my claim despite all the information and photos I have provided them with.

Following a slight problem on a number of our new Savita chairs, Kettler were really good in making number of trips to replace the chairs and fix the problem. The Customer Service attitude was excellent, Gary and Abi were very helpful and there absolutely no argument about getting replacements. We now have a very comfortable set of chairs, thank you

I was very disappointed that the coffee table fire pit could not conceal a gas bottle. No gas bottle was shown on the pictures on the web pages, even though the fire pit was lit. This suggests the pipe and gas bottle had been airbrushed out1

Excellent customer service. Bought a garden furniture set through M&S but there was a slight problem with one chair. I was delighterd that they could help me as I had feared I would be told to go back to M&S as I had bought it from them. After some email correspondence I managed to exchange the chair from their base in Redditch (25 mins drive away) but I was also offered the opportunity for them to deliver the chair and take away the other one. No issues at all with replacing the chair, with very friendly and helpful staff. Also, the quality of the garden furniture appears extremely good.

Have had a Sienna set of table and chairs for more than 20 years, and most of the set is still going strong. Great to be able to get replacement pieces and spare leg ends when required. Fast, efficient ordering

I recently contacted Kettler about some concerns with my mesh furniture and was delighted with the response. I contacted them on Sunday evening and by Friday lunchtime, I had received a replacement table and chair! I had been hesitant about claiming under the warranty but the customer service was brilliant from start to finish and I would certainly recommend this company . Thank you Kettler.

Order was incomplete and also had a wrong item However, customer service was very good and a replacement was dispatched straight away. Quality of furniture covers is excellent.
