I didn’t think the tent pole for the cover very good can’t keep it to stand up

Kettlers is an excellent firm to deal with. They acted promptly with great politeness and were exceptionally pleasant to talk to as well as the kindness of their emails. I have to say this was greatly appreciated in an age where good manners do not seem to matter anymore. As a ps, my replacement table was delivered ten minutes early of their expectation which was on Easter weekend, battling through the M25 and M20!! Yes I am well pleased.

This was a repeat purchase as we have been very pleased in the past. Very quick and efficient service. The only issue was the size of the box the corner unit was delivered in. It caused a massive headache as it wouldn't fit through any of the doors or gate, requiring it to be lifted over the fence by 3 burly men at great effort. Otherwise great.

Good discounted price. Excellent delivery service. Product was easy to assemble. States 4 people, but 2 is sufficient. Well packaged , no damage. Simple instructions. Happy with Product. Will need to see how it weathers.

Products are great ordering spares is great but postage seems a bit long still not received my spares order booked 13th now 20th

The product was fine but I won't order agaon from Kettler because you use TNT as your delivery partner. Waiting in all day for something that doesn't arrive and no way to get updates is tedious and unprofessional.

Early days but the loungers look well made and worth the money. We have other products like umbrellas and outdoor dining sets which are lasting well

I purchased a Keter Panasol deluxe 8 months ago and opted for this model as it came with a 3 year warranty, my product is damaged and the company want me to pay for the replacement parts that are damaged. The after service is awful do not purchase from this company.
