“The Kettler customer service was good in terms of response both by email for an initial enquiry and by phone for a delivery problem. The problem appeared to lie with the delivery company and a two-day delivery took over a week and was a particular inconvenience.”

“I have purchased the Palma low lounge set with the matching coffee table and covers. I can only recommend this product. Starting with the ease of order, fantastic and helpful delivery experience and the product itself. Very comfortable cushioning and durable (think kids and pets). The cover protects the items well and no need to adjust throughout the cold months, it actually stays in place. If you use your garden as your summer living room, I highly recommend to purchase.”

“The purchasing process of Kettler is easy to navigate and uncomplicated to use. I also had reason to phone Kettler and I was greeted by very nice professional people. The product I decided to buy was garden furniture covers, which arrived on time and were of great quality. I would have no problems recommending kettler as company to any of my family and friends.”
