“Ordered a product that unfortunately had a crack. Sent pictures that night and had a reply first thing the next morning to say the product would be replaced. The item was returned and replaced with no problems within 4 days - excellent service”

“We've found Kettler products to be excellent. We now have a 6 seater table and chairs a 4 seater table and chairs and a wicker sofa so all the family can sit outside comfortably when they are all here in the summer. The covers are strong and durable.”

“The Black Friday deal was excellent on a Kettler Right Hand Palma set and table. We ordered on the website which was easy to navigate and ordered the product. We were given a delivery day very quickly and the courier turned up on the day within a 2 hour time slot. The delivery drivers were extremely helpful and took the item into the back garden. The product is excellent and of a high quality. We have covered them up for the winter with the Kettler covers which again are of a high quality and fit well. All in all a great shopping experience.”

“Abi at Kettler was very efficient and professional when dealing with our order for garden furniture. She was extremely helpful in resolving a query regarding the product and followed up with an email to let us know the outcome. Delivery details were arranged very quickly following payment and I have to say that the delivery team was also excellent. Overall, we are delighted with our experience at Kettler and very happy with the purchase.”

“Adding my review as there seems to be some confusion regarding the Palma Low Companion set cover. Item purchased to cover this set which also has a small coffee table. Reviews I read stated there was no cover for the table, but bought it anyway. Once used, realised that if you sit the table on top of the chairs, the cover fits beautifully. This cover DOES cover the table as well and the set as a whole, if you put it on the chairs. Thick great quality cover for the winter months ahead.”

“We've owned and loved the Kettler Palma sofa, chairs and table for a few years now and the covers depleted badly last Summer, which we fed back to Kettler and despite the warranty being expired they very kindly replaced them for us. Great customer service, which goes a long way these days.”

“Disappointed at not being able to supply replacement armrests for Henley armchairs, due to rust problem. Despite the fact that the Henley range is still manufactured and the armrests are replaceable. Only able and willing to supply a bottle of touch up paint”

“I’ve had an outdoor Kettler table tennis for a good 15 years. The table is virtually as good as the day it was bought but I’ve got through 5 covers in that time - they all seem to be photo degradable and fall to bits by the third year (that hopeless woven green plastic stuff!). Finally I’ve found a decent cover - and it’s by Kettler. It’s twice the price of the cheapies but it’ll last 10 times as long. Delivered promptly and we’ll wrapped, the step up in quality was immediately obvious.”
