Speedy delivery and the paint did the job . You can barely see where it’s been used. Remember to use a primer first , it will help to key the paint to the surface.

We have now erected our Henley patio table and have two comments: 1. The bolt holes in the legs and the threaded studs under the table top were overpainted and we had to clean them up running an M6 tap and die down the threads. As most people wouldn't have these tools this should really have been done at the factory. 2. The intermediate frame to which the legs are screwed has a nice little "Up" arrow stuck on it. We started to assemble the table with this facing up (towards the table top) before finding that it was exactly wrong! Reassembling the table with the "Up" pointing "Down" did the trick. Otherwise the table is very nice. We were annoyed initially to be quoted an additional delivery charge of over £100 but thank Abi for sorting it out. Otherwise 5-star service.

I received such good advice - and an email confirming all the details - that I felt confident to tackle the refurbishment of my Kettler garden furniture. It looks absolutely lovely and brand new, again. It was easy to follow the guidance I was given. Thankyou, Kettler :)

We purchased a Kettler day bed at RHS Malvern. Subsequently added a cover to the order. Customer services were helpful in adding to the order and co-ordinating delivery

items delivered per order. would have been 5 stars but items arrived on last day of your service target. As all was required was to pop the item in an envelope and post, would have expected say a three day service not ten days

Great quality, stylish, garden furniture. High, firm, washable cushions in the armchairs, just right for a tall person, and the family. The wooden circular coffee table has attracted compliments, plenty of room for the drinks and cakes.

Ordered direct from Kettler. First delivery was not made. Delivery then scheduled for 2 weeks later - only 1 item out of 2 delivered. Tried to call to get explanation - no answer!

Failure to disclose the size of the covers, either on the packaging or on their website. A first class example of how to drive customers away to another supplier. Did not buy.
