“My order gave a date it was arriving. It didnt turn up and stated the package was damaged, then repackaged and dispatched still didnt turn up so after a couple of weeks I gave up and asked for a refund which then took several days.”

We are sincerely sorry that your order gave a date of arrival and didn't show up on that date and that the package was marked as damaged and was eventually repackaged and dispatched but still didn't turn up. “Although the paint worked quite well I do think the size of the pot is extremely small to enable anyone to complete the job of keeping on top of any rating that might occur. I thought that the pot might be small & as such ordered two pots to complete a job on six chairs & a large table. However if the pots had been of a decent size I could have done a better overall finish on my set.”

“Cleaner for wood arrived very quickly but unfortunately the other product I needed was out of stock, the grey colour restorer. So have not used cleaner yet.”

“Dreadful. Order placed and delivery date given which I changed to 25 May. No delivery of large item although the smaller one was sent by post. I called customer service and asked for callback. No call. Message on 31 May to say delivery delayed despite me not knowing it was scheduled for that day. 1 June no delivery but a customer satisfaction survey! Nobody could be satisfied with this service.”

“The company bent over backwards to help me; they found my old John Lewis order on their system and, even though it was outside the warranty period, they replaced my damaged outdoor furniture and arranged a prompt delivery. Kat handled the case with kindness and generosity of spirit. Highly recommend the products AND the people.”

“Delivery prompt. Only had cover on a week but fits well enough. A side zip or Velcro fastening would make it easier for a person to get on by themselves. Much better than the green flimsy cover that came with the table and disintegrated.”

“Speedy delivery and the paint did the job . You can barely see where it’s been used. Remember to use a primer first , it will help to key the paint to the surface.”
