We had trouble with rust on our table. What brilliant customer service - old table collected and new table delivered within two hour 'window' on day specified and only one week after the complaint.

we had a problem with rust on our patio table and chairs. From the first contact until delivery of replacements we received quick, friendly and efficient service. our best ever customer service the claim process is very easy all done online with photos of the problem.

We had an issue with our garden furniture purchased two years ago, the coating was chipping off in various places of the chair arms. As we had purchased it over two years ago the retailer (John Lewis) directed us to the Kettler website to register our problem. Photos were sent & within days we received replacements for all the faulty chairs. No great drama, our photos told the story and we were able to deal with a specific person about our problem. Very impressed indeed - good work Kettler!

We contacted Kettler to report that two of our garden chairs had started to rust. As they were still under warranty Kettler replaced them once we sent photographs of the rust. We were very happy with their service and response.

Send the wrong replacement after waiting for nearly 5 weeks. Still waiting to receive the CORRECT item, but nobody can give me an exact date when I can expect this. Diabolical communication. Very poor customer service, would have expected better from a German company.

Our Kettler garden furniture products came with a 5 year guarantee. We had to make a claim after 4 and a half years and Kettler could not have been more helpful. Great customer service and thoroughly recommended. Would certainly buy from them again.

Two of our chairs developed problems on the surface of the arms I contacted customer services for advice on how to repair them but they told me they would replace chairs, as they were still in warranty. Proving it pays to buy well in the first place. We had to wait a while for them to come into stock, but that was no hardship. Thanks for great service.

When I had a problem with a chair which was rusting under, and splitting the powder coating surface, the chair was exchanged quickly. Well done Kettler.

They have responded swiftly to replacing the item but I am concerned about quality of the products overall. The staining on the arm rests on the chairs seemingly rubs off very easily and we have another chair now that the arm rest is becoming faded. The zips on the cushions are also very delicate and given that we paid over £1000 for the set I would not say it has been a good purchase for the money.

Replacement service is good, but disappointed in the product. We bought our garden furniture in 2014 And have had 2 warranty claims.

We have purchased several pieces of Kettler furniture in the past, and when one item began to show rust, Kettler was very prompt in arranging a replacement. Excellent service throughout.
