“Delivery was on the day advised. Product is very well made and although it took a long time to put together this was a reflection of the quality rather than of the difficulty. Table plays really well and everyone is enjoying it. Folding it away is simple and quick.”

“I ordered some touch-up paint. It arrived quickly and it is quite effective. So I give that 5 stars. I am giving only three stars because I am rather disappointed that I need the touch-up paint. Whilst I love our Kettler furniture, and I did expect to have to touch up the paint occasionally, I didn't expect large areas of the paint to peel off the arms of the chairs. We have had the furniture for 7 years so maybe that is too much to ask.”

Thank you for your review and feedback James. Our range of products is built to last and offers the best weather protection available, however, the products and coating can weather over time. We supply touch-up paint to help our customers repair cosmetic damage that can be caused by wear and tear, after using the products for extended periods.

“The table arrived on time and although took some time to put together, once done very easy to put up and down for storage. Instructions were reasonably easy to follow. We have all had lots of fun using the table.”

“Very pleased with the delivery on time as stated 👍🏻The product I purchased 2 speakers lights included for each parasol ☂️ the only thing I thought I could Bluetooth the 2 speakers to play music together 😞 we also purchased matching 2x2 corner settees 2x2 stool and 2x2 tables with cover were well made and finish’s off are new patio great job👍🏻”

“Fantastic sofa but the table is a terrible disappointment it melts in the sun , no where in information does it say use coasters under glasses or keep out of the sun, definitely do not buy this table as your wasting your money, choose the glass one😡”

We do put very clear instructions on the table and within the care information about certain glassware causing damage to the resin-topped tables, so we are surprised to read that yours did not come with any of this information. “We are delighted with our Kettler garden table and chairs. They are beautifully designed and well finished. The delivery was very efficient, and we didn't have to wait in all day for their arrival. Our daughter recommended Kettler because of the garden furniture she has , and I'm so glad we took her advice. Mike (a retired GP)”

“We have had our Kettler Garden Furniture for many years, so hopefully these replacement foot caps will prolong the life of our lovely set. The products came very quickly and we are very pleased with the service.”

“We purchased the kettler panalsol at a cost of over £1,000 and paid to have it installed. The drain holes in the shade panals appear to be in the wrong position and with just a shower of rain water pools either side of the drain holes. I have contacted kettler with pictures of the problem only to be told to remove the panels if it rains! With the weather here so changeable we would be removing them every other day. Disappointed that though having seen the problem of where the drain holes are and where the water pools we weren’t offered a better solution. As an elderly couple our shoulders aren’t as good as they were and it’s challenging taking them down every time rain predicted”

“We ordered the white wash with grey cushions from our local garden centre(Whitehall Garden Centre, Whitchurch, Bristol). We chose Kettler as we felt this was a well known quality design. Very happy with the design of this compact garden set… BUT… not so happy with after sales service! Within a few weeks (& little use) noticed that one of the chair seat cushions has a hole along one of the seams in the cushion. Contacted our local garden centre where purchase was made, sent photographic evidence & they have liaised with Kettler. We were told a replacement cover would be sent to us. Happy with this…until we have now been told that NO cover available until JANUARY 2023! VERY VERY poor after sales care. It was quite an investment for us, purchase made after LOTS of research. Confidence in Kettler now not great.”
