“Having chosen Kettler for new patio furniture 4 years ago - we have enjoyed it's design and quality since. It began to look slightly tired and indeed rusted in parts. Not unreasonable after 4 years I thought as we left out in all weathers without covers. So I thought to just get a tin of touch up paint and was initially alarmed that only a very small bottle would not be sufficient. To be fair it would have dealt with the parts but thought I would give a good coat, as you do. In stepped Rachel of Customer services who was courteous and efficient in explaining the Kettler policy of replacement under warranty because they now have a much better coated system in place and realised the previous had limitations. Now received and we are now Kettler Ambassadors for life. I have never been more impressed with any manufacturer of anything EVER. Guess what we have since purchased an umbrella with solar lights - which is fantastic, we looked no further than Kettler. Please let me know when you are making cars!”

“Fantastic company , met their warranty without any fuss. you just send the pictures in then they call to arrange collection and replacement. so so easy. I wish more companies could act like this, also nice friendly staff to deal with . Gold stars all round thank you”

“This firm’s customer care is outstanding. Our 8 Siena chairs were replaced promptly and the delivery/pickup service worked extremely well. The drivers arrived at the agreed time and were particularly courteous and helpful. It is unfortunate that these beautiful chairs develop rust so easily.”

“After 3 years we had a problem with our garden chairs that had a 5 year guarantee. They were replaced without any argument. The Kettler staff were helpful and the website user friendly. There was some problems with the collection and delivery, but this was a contracted company, not Kettler.”

“I rang them on Monday afternoon and received replacements by Friday morning. This is the best service from any manafacturer by far. I would defo reccomend Kettler to anyone. Thanks to the after sales staff.”

“First delivery was incorrect however they corrected immediately. I think their automatic reply systems are a little confusing as they indicate one item will be exchanged when the issue related to multiple items which necessitated several phone calls to clarify. Overall however, once the position was understood,they performed well.”

“After 4 years of Pembrokehires Atlantic weather, I contacted Kettler with photos of rust damage to my furniture. I can only commend their After Sales Staff with the way they dealt with my query, speadily replacing the damaged furniture under their Guarantee. It certainly paid to buy Kettler and I would recommend others to do likewise, their Customer Service Dept certainly provided REAL Customer Service.”

“I have never experienced the level of excellence that my complaint received from Kettler. Once reported I received a date for replacement within 24hrs. Phone calls were made from Kettler as promised and delivery was made as promised. Everything was very prompt, I had to delay delivery by a week as we were away. Thank you Kettler.”

“I bought a table, chairs and umbrella from Kettler just under 5 years ago. This summer, I noticed some rusting on the front seat bar of several of the chairs and some mildew colouring on others. I contacted the company using their warranty claim, sending in photos of the problems, as I realised the chairs had five year warranty. My claim was accepted within 48 hours and I had 8 new chairs within a few days. Simply cannot beat service like that. Will continue to buy Kettler stuff, knowing that it is great quality but that if I do have a problem, I can rely on them to deal with it effectively.”
