“I’ve bought and exported all of my Kettler garden furniture over to my home in Andalucia, as I couldn’t find anything comparable in quality when shopping in Spain”

“Super disappointed in both product delivered and after service - I ordered an Elba Kettler table in the Spring which was described as "teak" top. In just a few weeks the table weathered very poorly with chips, splinters and cracks in the wood. This was reported and it was rightly replaced FOC by the end of Summer. This was a fair resolution. Just a few months later, with normal seasonal weather, the "protective" paint has chipped away very badly - clearly not a weather proof finish and very a poor quality product. To fix it will require a full re-sanding and to be treated with a proper weather proof sealant requiring several hours of time and cost in materials. When reported we were essentially we were told "this is normal / as advertised" and therefore no compensation or refund. Have a look at the photos and you decide: Would you be happy to have paid £1,399 for this table delivered new just a few months ago?”

“I ordered a new Corner Sofa cover as my old one has ripped on the corners I assume due to the wear experienced during the bad weather (disappointing) - I was given a date for delivery but it did not turn up so chased up after a few days and was given another date when it did turn up. Cover does seem expensive particularly as I’ve had to replace it after a year or so . If it deteriorates as quickly again I’ll have to rethink where I get cover from”

“Terrible product and terrible customer service. Bought the Elba table and the surface started to crack and peel off after 3months during the perfect summer weather even as I had followed the care instructions. Kettler don’t consider the “peeling” as a default so been refused a refund. Appalling. Avoid Avoid Avoid.”

“Generally like Kettler products but this particular product, cover for settee set, is too tight and over time the angled corners of the settee rip through the fabric”

“Had Kettler garden furniture (Palma) fo over 8 years now ~ love it, always get comments about how nice it looks and still nothing wrong with it after all this time. Had to buy new covers for it this year, but that was our choice as it had green algae on it, nothing wrong with the acutual covers. Ordered some covers from Kettler (others out of stock) and they arrived within days with no hassle or problems. When I am looking again in years to come for new garden furniture or covers, will definately always buy Kettler. Great quality, style and worth every penny.”

“We looked around at other brands before we bought the two Palmer Relaxer chairs now over 4 years ago and they have proved to be very durable and comfortable. We made the right decision and its only this year that the covers had started to deterate so we bought 2 new ones before the winter approaches”
