“For a number of year Kettler has always been the manufacturer we choose when buying new garden furniture because of their build quality, and style and this is this first time I have ever encounter a quality issue. The claim process was simple and within 24 hours of completing the online claim form I was advised that the products would be exchanged and I was called by a member of the Kettler customer services team who scheduled the delivery of my new product and collection of the faulty ones. A five star service from a five star company, well done Kettler.”

“Furniture looked so good we had to spend time tidying the garden to do it justice. Unfortunately, on one of the tables, several small areas of rust appeared after only 7 months, but it was changed very quickly by Kettler with minimal hassle. We're looking forward to using it again in the spring, when it will hopefully stop raining!”

“My Kettler table had a small fault in the paintwork causing rust to develop. The Kettler team were outstanding in dealing with this. I thought perhaps some touch up paint would sort it but Kettler insisted on replacement and arranged everything. I am really impressed with this level of service, a good indicator of how they value not only their products but also their customers. Well done Kettler. I will certainly buy from them again.”

“Following speaking to Scotsdales Cambridge last year the issue of the sofa was resolved and delivered recently when new stock arrived. The staff at Kettler were helpful and brilliant. The quality of the product is very good and surpasses the competition.”

“Ordered a palma sofa that had a factory defect. The company we bought the set from contacted kettler on our behalf. Kettler promptly arranged collection of the defective sofa and replaced it with a new one.”

“Twice failed to deliver table tennis table, both times cancelled on the day. First time due to delivery service van issue, second time due to damaged product. Contacted customer service today but no response. Kids will now not have Xmas present and will have to go through pain of getting money back and ordering from somewhere else. Very disappointing experience.”
