We have not recieved our order as there was sn issue with the vehicle. Do they only have 1 vehicle?

Not had delivery of product yet. Also I already have a cover the same of which I bought as a set with table cover 4 years ago for £50 This price increase is astronomical but my other one is now weather beaten. It did protect my garden furniture well

Thank you for your review Lynne, and I hope that when you do receive your protective cover on Monday, you are happy with it. The older style of protective cover that you must have ordered 4 years ago, went into a clearnce sale, and this must be why you were able to get one at the cheaper cost. The reason that that cover was discontinued was because we improved the quality of the protective covers by adding an internal PU coating and more toggles. Hopefully when you receive the new cover you will be happy with the quality of it, and you will be able to use it for years to come to protect your set.

This is The second set of covers I Have brought for The Parma corner sofa and Table ,The first set tore after two years very easily in the he wind ,They we’re Expensive to buy and Ment to be Frost and weather free .But the material rotted outside very quickly

Garden furniture set good but the grey finish on the teak top was poorly applied to sides. UPDATE; Kettler service responded promptly and resolved the issue very quickly with positive and helpful advice. I cannot praise them highly enough, as a company they actually respond to feedback. I would not hesitate to recommend them and have had some of their other products Which have been excellent. It’s reassuring to know that if you do have an issue you are treated well and they do care about their customers.

Purchased patio heater last year £279 Kalos Unable to find a cover to fit it. The lead also comes out the bottom therefore sits in water when rains . Please could you advise Thanks

We advise that when possible, to store the heaters inside when not in use but we will pass your comments onto the relevant teams within Kettler to consider with future product development.

Last year I bought a small round metal mesh table and two chairs for a balcony area. They work perfectly. This is in addition to a large table (metal again) and seating for 8 that we bought about 40 years ago. The 40 year old table is still in excellent condition with the exception of one small area where somebody decided to saw some wood on it and chipped the paint. Happy to report the paint is still available. During the recent storm, our small table flew over our balcony down into the garden, falling on concrete. Again little damage, but need to replace some bolts to secure the table top to the legs. I hope our more recent purchase will serve us as well as the original one.

Purchased Elba Aluminium Medium Storage Box in July 2020. Looks nice*, pretty solid and, importantly, keeps the contents dry (ie the waterproof liner works). *But over the last winter a discolouration appeared on the top surface (about 15cmx18cm) which is not covered by the 3 year warranty. Their justification is user misuse, due to the minor scuffs elsewhere you can see, which I would normally put down to normal wear and tear in a family with small children, dogs etc, and not related to the discoloured mark. So, in summary the aluminium powder coating they use is not as resilient or as tough as you would, and should, expect.

We purchased the Elba table and chairs. Really happy with size and quality . Unfortunately we didn’t realise that we had to treat it straight away. We had to cover it for a week until the wood protector spray was delivered . We would have purchased this at the same time as the table if we’d known . Would have been helpful if this advice was included in the description of the product . Otherwise very pleased .

I bought the medium aluminium garden container which cost £450 so I expected a quality product but, when delivered, it was damaged in 2 places one of which made it unusable. When I informed Kettler they said that I had to repack the old one for collection and wait for a new one. This involved me being at home on 2 separate occasions. The new one arrived but the hydraulic struts would not collapse to allow the lid to close. I was told by Kettler to wait a couple of days for them to 'warm up' which I did but it made no difference. I now use the storage box without the struts as I cannot be bothered to deal with Kettler again. No apology and no offer of compensation.

You should not have to alter your product to be able to use it, this is clearly an issue with the item you have received. After receiving the table tennis table (which the delivery firm rolled down the driveway!). We had three identical parts shatter during assembly, they are all little arms that are part of the release mechanism and even when greasing after the first part shattered, two more broke with very little force applied.
