Ordered a Palma Mini Corner set which we are delighted with. We were so pleased with it, we decided to also have two matching armchairs but despite looking in various garden centres and online were unable to find any. Contacted Kettler and Susie Sale went above and beyond in helping find a potential stockist. Excellent customer service.

Extremely disappointing customer service. I ordered the entire Elba garden range from dining set to L shape side. The Deluxe Panalsol & Elba lounger arrived damaged on delivery. We raised with supplier Dawsons who sent to Kettler & said they would be in touch for replacement parts. Two weeks on still no contact from either party, no idea what process is for faulty items or any idea of timescales for replacements. I have emailed Kettler in addition who have said they will respond within 5 days. As a business owner I appreciate COVID has difficulties to manage but to continue to supply products & remove all aspects of customer service is ridiculous. A courtesy email or phone call to acknowledge receipt would be appreciated, but absolutely nothing. Instead, I have £1300 of boxed Kettler products with no idea when I will be able to use them!!

I ordered a Kettler double cocoon swing seat from Dawsons department store in clitheroe which was in stock. I had to wait a few weeks for delivery due to covid which was quite understandable, however, when I unpacked the box there were support structure parts missing which meant I couldn't assemble it. After contacting Dawsons , they said they couldn't get in touch by phone with kettler but would send them and email which they then forwarded on to me. After waiting over a week for a response I also emailed kettler to try to find out if they were dealing with it and a further two weeks later I still have heard nothing. Dawsons are contacting them again but I think it is extremely poor service to not even acknowledge a customer or even a store when there is a problem clearly caused by the manufacturer themselves.What is the point of them telling you to send emails which they don't answer? Im running out of patience with this company and would think carefully before ordering their products again. Good customer service speaks volumes about a company, but so does bad. Buyer beware!

I had a problem with the burners on my Heston Blumenthal Furnace BBQ. I contacted Kettler and sent a video of my problem. Within 2 hours I received an email from Niel at Kettler saying the problem was with the gas regulator and he would send me a replacement. If every merchant had customer service like this, the world would be a better place. 5* service. This in the time of lockdown during Covid19. Perfect, just perfect.

The finished product is excellent when erected however the template provided is completely useless in that it bears absolutely no relation to the measurements of the brackets and the distance they should be apart. Fortunately the seller, Groves of Bridport told me to ignore the template and measure the distances for myself. Please sort it out. Bob Taylor

We purchased this 8 seater set 2 years ago and sadly it's not as durable as we'd hoped for a premium product. The table has discoloured with various 'stains' where inevitably food and drinks get spilled (despite being cleaned up at the time). We started with a beautiful modern sleek garden furniture set and now have a mottled and water marked table.

This is a customer service review. We purchased 6 beautiful Kettler gardens chairs plus table, parasol etc from our local garden centre 4 years ago. A fault appeared on the furniture. We were given to understand by the garden centre that there had been a one off fault in a particular production batch (I have no idea if this is correct or not). However, we were unable to locate our receipt and the garden centre refused to assist. We left it for a while thinking that this was our issue for having lost the receipt. However I thought I’d contact Kettler a few weeks ago to see if they would be prepared to do anything. They have been absolutely incredible! Yesterday they collected the faulty goods and today replacements arrived. Never have I had such amazing customer service. Things do sometimes go wrong...it’s how you fix them that’s important. I cannot recommend Kettle highly enough. Particular thanks go to Dean in customer services. Simply outstanding! I look forward to many happy years enjoying my new furniture.

The level of customer service that we got for a minor issue on our garden table was fantastic. We are really pleased with our furniture set that we have had for two years and would highly recommend them to anyone.
