I purchased one of their bronze coloured metal garden furniture sets over a year ago. I found small spot of rust and tried to get the paint. It was unavailable so I suggested they could send me a pot of the black instead. They were surprised but as it was coming up to winter I said it would help to preserve the chair. They sent me the paint for free as they were unable to provide the necessary product. This was duly received and did the job. I thought this was great service and advised my neighbours so. At least one of my neighbours has since bought a Kettler furniture set since. I have recently found the bronze paint available and have bought a pot. Many thanks for service.

This paint is listed as "2 per transaction" but the package only contained 1 tiny bottle. A charge of £8.00 was outrageous for 1 tiny bottle.

We recently had a problem with some chairs purchased in 2014, Kettler were excellent in dealing with our query and promptly arranging replacements for us. Liz Clarke was extremely helpful. What a great pleasure it was to deal with a company that truly understands what customer service is. We will have no hesitation in recommending or purchasing future Kettler products. Brian

I have never seen such a tiny amount of touch-up paint for £8.50. It must have gold flakes in it.

Liz Clark in Customer Services went out of her way to ensure we received a missing part and a replacement for a damaged part which we needed for our Kettler outdoor table and chairs. Liz went to the trouble of speaking with various departments in person to explain what we needed and posted the parts promptly. Her service to us was much appreciated.

Bought Kettler again at local Garden Centre. The old stuff goes on and on. It was delivered from local stock with one footcap missing. Phoned Kettler and someone called Liz Clarke provided a very efficient, friendly and effective service. She sent me a replacement immediately. Of course the goods were excellent.

Mettler has brilliant customer service and are extremely helpful with replacements part or if you have a faulty item. I decided to buy Mettler even though more expensive than similar looking items but as they say you get what you pay for so I was happy with my purchase wouldn't buy any other make of furniture now all my friends and family love it and have gone on to purchasing their own kettler after they have seen the quality and practicallity of mine.

I was very pleased with the prompt attention to my phone call about a garden chair which had started to rust. After receiving my claim form a replacement chair was delivered, even though I had lost my original receipt.

It is very encouraging to experience true customer service. Having purchased a product from John Lewis 3 years ago I was disappointed to notice the goods were beginning to deteriorate. I contacted John Lewis and asked for their assistance. They simply advised me to contact Kettler direct. I photographed all of the damage and documentation and sent it off . Next day I was contacted to say the damaged goods would be replaced. Which indeed they were within two weeks of my first notification Absolutely superb service
