“We were recommended Kettell by a friend due to their excellent expierence when purchasing a new door for their house. Their friendly sales team greeted us to discuss our requirements and we instantly knew we were in good hands. They made the process of designing and visualising our idea extremely easy, making recommendations based on their experience. The family-run aspect of this business shines through. Installation of our new door was as pain-free as the sales process. Our fitter did a fantastic job and left the space tidier than when he arrived. We are over the moon with our new door and we cannot recommend Kettell enough. They will be the first company we contact should we ever need any windows and doors in the future.”

“From start to finish the whole team were excellent. I had two bay windows fitted and it was an extremely difficult job but they overcame every issue. They are not just window fitters ….. they are plasterers, renderers, woodworkers and painters too! Such a brilliant job, I was very impressed!”

“We visited Kettell’s showroom to look for a new front door for our house and were delighted with the help offered by their adviser Andy. Having looked at the 5 star reviews we were happy to place our order and a survey was carried out swiftly. Jo in the office then kept us up to date with the order and the door has just been fitted by Will, who made a great job! We have been extremely happy with the whole process and would thoroughly recommend Kettell to family and friends!”

“Excellent replacement of nine windows. The difficult work was completed by a very professional team to an exceptionally high standard. All communication with the business was always straight forward and all questions answered without difficulty. “An excellent project of a new front door and 5 windows. Very attentive in helping us choose the right style and options. Several visits to the very good showroom to look at the details. We wanted cream windows in the style of our old wooden windows which is what we got. Very good installation team. Overall they are great to deal with.”

“We were looking for replacing our front double doors and looked up several companies in the Midlands and finally found KETTELL who from the first contact were very friendly knowledgeable and informative without being pushy to get a sale. They managed to fully meet our requirements and ordering and finally installation process was immaculate. “We are delighted with our new front door which was made to measure, as the space was too narrow for the standard sized door. The fitter started late at our request and worked until 5.30 pm although his usual finish time was 4 pm. However, he took time to clean up after he had finished and did an excellent job. The front door bell ceased to work when it was screwed in but a colleague came the following day and sorted it out with no fuss.”

“The workmen arrived bang on time on the day expected. Their work was very good and cleaned up after the work was finished at the end of the day. Work was carried out professionally by them, the only thing that lets them down is we did not receive an acknowledgement letter of a verbal agreement to start date or a courtesy call a day before to confirm.”
