“We recently had all our windows and front door replaced. Ben in sales was great, so helpful in suggesting styles and took a lot of stress out of the decision making. The installation team of Will, Darren and Jack did a superb job with their attention to detail evident throughout the work. The price was competitive, so I wouldn't hesitate in recommending Kettell Windows.”

“FIrst Class Company. We would like to thank Ben in sales for quoting the work to our property. Front Door-Back Door-Patio Door,from start to finish his professional and friendly manner was outstanding. NO pressure selling. We had all New Doors fitted by Ben and Jack again, very professional. Nothing was too much trouble, clean and tidy, and very accommodating and friendly. We will be back for the windows in the coming months. We would highly recommend Kettell Windows to anyone who is thinking of replacing their exisitng windows and doors (Watch out Ben think of the pensioner)!! 😄 haha Thank you Wendy and Alan x”

“Excellent service and communication. They arrived when they said they would. Offered friendly helpful advice. They replaced all of our windows and the windows at my parents house. I would definitely recommend them they have done a super job.”

“We could not be happier with our new windows and door. From end to end we were extremely impressed with their customer service. They listened and provided honest advice (not sales) on what products would be suitable and made thorough checks to ensure what we wanted was possible. The fitting was superb - they were all highly respectful, clean and professional. High recommend.”

“Really pleased with the quality of the kitchen door and the workmanship. Our fitter arrived on time and did a fantastic job, I was a little worried about the tiles around the door in case they were damaged during the removal of the old door but there was no damage whatsoever. Would definitely recommend Kettell.”

“We chose Kettells for the quality of their products, we'd used them before, and the fact they could do a concealed ventilation system on the windows. Very pleased with the windows installed, there were a few minor issues initially but these were immediately and unquestioningly rectified. Also had a patio door installed in Irish Oak which matches our front door and looks great.”

“I didn't place an order with Kettell as after popping in to the showroom to look at a door, I was greeted by a lady (who I believe is the owner). Very much git the impression she was only bothered about getting the sale and not helping me. Felt like my questions were not answered properly and I was being told what I wanted to hear. The same questions were answered differently by other installers and they had also advised what I was told was nonsense, therefore glad I dodged kettell”
