“Excellent service. Changed our minds many times before we decided on the final combination of door, glass etc. Kettell advised at every step. On the day of the installation, Will was great. He kept working away, keeping the area clean and sorting out the wall around the door frame. very happy with our new door!”

“We were really hasppy with the whole process from visiting the showroom through to the completion of the installation. James was very helpful both in the showroom and during his site visits. Will and Jack did an excellent job of the installation and left everything clean and tidy.”

“We had all our windows replaced by Kettell. Will and Jack were well organised, hard working and completed the job on time with minimal disruption and mess! Some non standard features were dealt with efficiently with assistance from extra staff and we are delighted with the final result.”

“From our initial enquirey by phone then site visit and then the install we have nothing but great things to say about our Kettell experience without rambling on. We disgust what we wanted and was well advised on alternatives without any pressure, asked that we would like the right price without being given a heavy sales pitch which they delivered as requested”

“I really pleased with the service from start to finish People showed up when they were said they were going to. From the sales team showing upon time going through all the options from Jo in the office who kept me informed every step of the way but mainly credit must go to Darren and Ryliey who fitted the door ,it doesn’t matter how great a product is if it’s not fitted correctly it’s always going be a mess but thanks to these two guys taking their time I’ve got a fantastic new front door Many Thanks”

“We are absolutely over the moon with our new sliding patio door! The service from Kettell from start to finish was second to none and the installation by their fitters was to the highest standard. “Excellent customer service from start to finish They have a very good show room with a wide selection of quality windows. The quote on the windows we chose was received promptly and at a fair price We were kept informed of the progress with a date for the detailed survey and fitting date given well in advance The quality the windows and the fitting service was excellent The fitter’s were very professional courteous and very tidy I am extremely happy with the whole process and would highly recommend Kettell Windows without hesitation Thank you to everyone involved”

“Ordered 15 windows. Great to deal with. Windows are of a good quality and fitting was done very professionaly to leave an excellent finish. There were a few small finish issues which were Completed quickly and to a excellent standard. Very pleased that we chose Kettel windows.”
