“We had a new Solidor front door and cladding to the front of our house installed by Kettell Windows. We found the process easy from start to finish, from our initial visit to their showroom to the installation. All staff that we spoke to were friendly and polite throughout, keeping us informed at all points of the process and going out of their way to ensure everything was completed on time and to our satisfaction. We are so pleased with the final look - it has made a massive difference to our house! We would highly recommend Kettell Windows to anyone, they are an extremely professional family company.”

“Excellent service. Friendly staff. Bifold doors fitted in a couple of hours with minimum of mess which they vacuumed up before leaving. Very happy with the result.”

“good service did they job they said they would and when we had a problem they came and rectified it even if would of ben rated very good but it took several attempts to fix the problem with a bay window hinge”

“We were very impressed by the quality and design of Kettell's products when we visited their showroom, and this was supported by their standard of professional service upon fitting of the french doors. Their technicians were polite and mindful of the disruption during the fitting process, which was completed quickly and efficiently. We are extremely pleased with the end result, and have seen a definite reduction in our heating bills over the winter. We would have no hesitation in strongly recommending Kettells Windows.”
