“From our initial visit to the showroom, right up to completion of the installation, the Kettel’s team were helpful, knowledgeable, and willing to listen. We were offered several options with clear explanations about product benefits and were also given a simple no nonsense quote. Our installation date was sooner than expected and the installation team did an outstanding job offering a polite and courteous service and most importantly a superb finish. On completion the work areas were spotless, as were both of our new doors. The quality of the doors is outstanding and fitter’s work was excellent. From start to finish a great experience and we are delighted with our new doors.”

“Exceptional from start to finish. From the initial visit which was not pushy at all but friendly and helpful to the product quality and the fitters were brilliant. Everyone we have spoken to from the company has been friendly we could not recommend them highly enough. Thank you for a great experience.”

“We’re recently had a new front door fitted from Kettell Windows. We have been really impressed with the service. The initial survey found some structural difficulties with the porch. We had to get a builder on before we could get the door fitted. Kettell kept up communication throughout and pushed through the door installation when we needed it. We are very impressed with the door.”

“Kettell was recommended to us and we are so pleased to have used them. Great experience from start to finish and absolutely delighted with the outcome. The care, attention and professionalism of our fitters was second to none. If you are looking to have your doors/windows replaced, save yourself the time, bother and hassle and just go straight to Kettell. I have no hesitation in recommending them and my parents are having their windows replaced by them in the New Year!”

“Generally,we are happy,but I am a but disappointed because with the order no one helped us decide the colour for the frame to the door because it couldve looked better. I think you should help clients with picking the colours or at least give a suggestion.”

Thank you for your feedback. We absolutely will take the comments on board. We always hope that the door designer, showroom samples & swatches are sufficient in showing what a Solidor will look like. But we do agree there is a lot of choice so we can definitely look at sharing more of the options with customers of the future. Lisa Kettell
