“Very good in every way when replacing the front and back door plus patio door all done excellently from the owner two the fitters was all very efficient and reasonably affordable would recommend them”

“When visiting the showroom I found the staff friendly and helpful. I particularly liked that although I had visited the showroom with my partner, your salesman, Ben, quickly realised I was buying the door and spoke to me rather than directing his comments at my partner. Installation of my door went well and without any problems. Your fitter worked all day with just a short lunchbreak, although it was a particularly cold day. He cleaned inside and outside the house before leaving. Overall, very satisfied .”

“The double glazing showroom was exactly what you need to see the available options and the staff (Ben) was very helpful to talk through what was possible. The window fitters were very professional, clean in their working practice, and exactly what you would want in a fitting process and company. We are very happy with the finished product. We would have given 10/10 if there hadn't been an issue with delivery of some of the order from the supplier which was resolved as soon as it was noticed.”

“Hi I am widow of just three months and I just want to say how wonderful Kettell company is after 4 years of having our doors fitted I had a problem with one of them and being it was over Xmas I thought I would have to wait to the new year but no they were very good and sorted it out even though it was after 6 0 clock at night.Very satisfied customer and would recommend to any one.”

“We’re so glad we chose Kettell! The website, which lets you design your own door and see how it looks on your house, the beautiful showroom, and entire team have been fantastic. When we visited the showroom to look at doors, our children were kept happily entertained, and Lisa and James were incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful with their advice. Communication throughout the process was excellent, and we didn’t have to wait long for our new front door. The fitter, Phil, was very friendly and did an outstanding job & was very tidy. The door was installed on the scheduled day without any rush, as we were allocated a whole day for the door to be fitted which really shows how excellent this company is. After just a week, we can already tell it’s of excellent quality—it looks amazing and has made a huge difference. There’s no draft at all, and it’s far more soundproof than our previous door. We absolutely love it! A huge thank you to everyone involved.”

“We needed to replace on old wooden window that was rotting away. After a good experience with Kettell to change our front door, we got in touch to get a quote. Great communication and they tried to fit us in as soon as possible as per our wishes. If there was any issues or changes in the day of installation, we were kept informed. Thank you”

“We approached several window and door companies in the Leicester/Northants area when looking to get new (modern) sash windows and a composite door and frame. “From start to finish the service has been excellent. James in the showroom was really good and helpful in helping us decide on our new front door and fittings. The Surveyor who visited the property (sorry can’t remember your name) who advised us cills etc to Jo in accounts. All a credit to the company. On top of that the door is beautiful so we are very pleased and will be using again when we replace the windows.”

“Absolutely brilliant! We couldn't be happier with our new front door and the service we have received from Lisa, John, Andy and Jo. So friendly and professional and the quality of our new door and the really high standard of the fit (perfectly finished and so clean and tidy) is just perfect. We weren't sure what we wanted exactly and Lisa and John spent so much time with us in the showroom, talking through all of our options (even after they were meant to be closed!). There were no pushy sales at all (phew - a number of other companies we saw were), in fact, they wanted us to take our time and help us make the right choice for us, our budget and our house. Andy fitted the door for us and he was brilliant, he has finished it to an incredibly high standard and is very friendly and skilled. We really can't thank the team enough and are so happy we chose Kettell Windows, a local company, for our door - from choosing the right one for us through to the fit and finish. We can't recommend them highly enough and will absolutely be back when we need more work on the house. Thank you so much! Highly recommended”
