“I had a new back door fitted. I went with Kettell because they are one of the few fitters of Evolution products in my area. They provided an outstanding service from the word "go". From Lisa and Jo in the office to Ben, the salesman, to Darren the fitter - they were all so efficient and polite. It can be challenging to have trades in your home but not Darren - it was like having a friend visit. I was given advice on how to care for my door. I couldn't be happier.”

“Patio Door upgrade on previous fitted. Timely arrival, the removal of existing / replacement done efficiently with attention to detail. On completion, all excess materials were removed and the property was left as found.”

“We found the service at Kettell windows was great from start to finish. At the first showroom visit we felt that Kettell windows gave lots of advice and were genuinely interested in us fitting the right products and covering all our needs. The surveyor was friendly and helpful and was happy to answer our questions. The fitters were again friendly and helpful, keeping us updated of their progress, making a special trip back to finish the edging which wasn’t available the day before. We are very happy with the finished product and would recommend Kettell Windows.”

“Very pleased with the service from the Kettells team - from initial contact through to window fitting the team were extremely helpful and professional. “I simply wanted to provide feedback on the installation over the last three days. Essentially, I cannot praise Will and his team highly enough. His communication, attention to detail and quality is a credit to your business. Nothing was too much trouble for the guys, including Darren and Jack – all of whom were very amiable and polite. They have done a great job and we are really pleased. The quality of the product is equally fantastic, and it has totally transformed the look and feel of the house. We are proud to have some seriously smart windows now!”

“The customer service from start to finish has been brilliant. They gave us all of the options available to us for our new Front and back doors. They made this very easy. On the day of the fitting they arrived on time and were very efficient. We have recently had our hall decorated. Not one mark or touch up was required after fitting. The back door space was a bit tighter and there was only one nick of the paintwork which they showed us. I have already recommended Kettell's to 2 friends.”

“I was given plenty of help to choose an appropriate door for my needs and paid the deposit. The area was measured carefully and the door was made and fitted several weeks later. Despite very cold weather, the door was fitted efficiently and quickly which required a lot of work to remove old wiring and other structures. I am very pleased with the final result and all the staff were excellent. I would strongly recommend Kettell Doors and would consider the company in future for windows.”

“I have just had 2 doors at different properties fitted… A different fitter for each door.. Both of them were professional tidy with excellent customer service ..
