“We had three new windows and a door including a new roof and lead over the bow window. Workmanship was excellent all done within two days good quality materials and fitted on date.”

“From start to finish we have been so pleased with the service from Kettell windows. Everyone is so helpful and friendly, from John’s first visit to Andy fitting our two doors the experience has been excellent. The doors look great. We have just ordered a French door and would like to say big thank you to all at Kettell. Simon & Jill”

“We are very pleased with our Evolution windows - although an expensive option compared to more basic choices, the quality and look sit far better with our period property - and also with the excellent fitment by Kettell. A relatively large job, with 22 windows to be fitted to our exacting standards, the Kettell team were very patient and resolved any issues as they arose - including relaying some of our old brick window sills, foregoing trim pieces, avoiding reliance on silicon, and making sure that everything sat well and in keeping with the property. Overall a sensitive, quality installation by a great team that has enhanced the house.”

“patio door fitted.communication between salesman and ourselves somewhat poor.made full payment 19th may and explained creaking sound.lisa said she would get john to take a look.now 21st june and i need to chase them up.”

Mrs Rothery, this was completely my fault. I did ask a team member to get in touch and visit to see what the issues were, but I did neglect to follow this up & put into our usual aftercare process! However once you got in touch on Monday we immediately sent someone out that afternoon to review & have subsequently booked the remedial works for this Friday. With regards communication with the sales representative we are working on point of sale for our show space which encourages customers to try out the items & use them as they would in there home to ensure they are suitable before ordering. Alas, this is what the showroom is for & we want customers to use in such a manner. As you noted yourself you believe it is because of the high quality of the product compared to your son’s that the sliding patio may be heavier than anticipated but our team have confirmed they run the same in your home as the item in the showroom. “Everyone we dealt with at Kettell we very professional from the person who came and did the initial quote, (there was no pressure selling), to the survey, (they were the only company who picked up the fact we didn't have any lintels above some of the windows, so these needed fitting before the windows were installed, to the builders, who installed the lintels and the installers who put in the windows. Everyone cleaned up after themselves, there was never any mess. We would definately recommend them to anyone requiring windows.”

“From start to finish the service and quality of the windows have been excellent. We have used kettle before after a recommendation and had no hesitation to use them again. Kettle is a professional and quality company. The work carried out was timely and exactly what we asked for. The fitters were tidy, clean and excellent. Kettle have never been pushy and gave us time to think about what we wanted as well as offering us ideas or advice. We would definitely recommend them.”

“Awesome Fitting! My wife and I have just had our windows fitted over the past 3 days by Kettell Windows. Our house is a kind of wonky upside down house ( a former, part farm house) in Houghton on the hill with all sorts of challenging angles - 2 front bays, up and down and my daughters bedroom window. Will and Darren (and an apprentice called Jack on the second day) were all all excellent!. It is so good to have professional people that take time and pride in their work, which sadly, has not been our experience in the past. Darren and Will are clearly great ambassadors for Kettel windows and took their time in getting it right, which we really appreciate! Hope they get a bonus from the company apart from the time off for the Queens jubilee!!. Once again, Will and Darren, thank you very much for your true professionalism and amazing job and thank you Kettel windows from Suni & Wal Wenden, Houghton on the Hill, Leicester.”
