“Really helpful, honest advice when choosing which door to go for. The fitting date was quicker than expected and the guys that came to fit were great. A very high quality finish down to the caulking. Even had a call from the office after to check we were happy. Would 100% recommend.”

“We are so pleased with our new front door. We visited the showroom and there was plenty of choice and great advice. Fitting of the door only took less than a day and it’s made such a massive difference to the heating in our hallway. Really pleased with the end product.”

“The whole project was made easy from first contact to the end of the fitting. We are very happy with the products, we had 11 windows, rear door and front door fitted. The team involved were professional, helpful, friendly, very tidy and most importantly mindful of your home. A big thank you to the lads it was very much appreciated. There was no forcing of a sale on any item and Ben was most helpful when it came to the front door area. A door and side panel was not an easy task and he helped with backup ideas in case our original requirement could not be met which as it turned out was doable. The trickle vents are great, we can now ventilate the house in all weathers even when we are not in the house keeping the house secure and the moisture levels down.”

“Amazing from start to finish ... meeting Ben who had passion and knowledge on the style of door our house needed and pointing me in the right direction with a few tweaks ben you know lol. “We were recommended Kettell by a friend due to their excellent expierence when purchasing a new door for their house. Their friendly sales team greeted us to discuss our requirements and we instantly knew we were in good hands. They made the process of designing and visualising our idea extremely easy, making recommendations based on their experience. The family-run aspect of this business shines through. Installation of our new door was as pain-free as the sales process. Our fitter did a fantastic job and left the space tidier than when he arrived. We are over the moon with our new door and we cannot recommend Kettell enough. They will be the first company we contact should we ever need any windows and doors in the future.”

“From start to finish the whole team were excellent. I had two bay windows fitted and it was an extremely difficult job but they overcame every issue. They are not just window fitters ….. they are plasterers, renderers, woodworkers and painters too! Such a brilliant job, I was very impressed!”

“We visited Kettell’s showroom to look for a new front door for our house and were delighted with the help offered by their adviser Andy. Having looked at the 5 star reviews we were happy to place our order and a survey was carried out swiftly. Jo in the office then kept us up to date with the order and the door has just been fitted by Will, who made a great job! We have been extremely happy with the whole process and would thoroughly recommend Kettell to family and friends!”

“Excellent replacement of nine windows. The difficult work was completed by a very professional team to an exceptionally high standard. All communication with the business was always straight forward and all questions answered without difficulty. “An excellent project of a new front door and 5 windows. Very attentive in helping us choose the right style and options. Several visits to the very good showroom to look at the details. We wanted cream windows in the style of our old wooden windows which is what we got. Very good installation team. Overall they are great to deal with.”
