“We are absolutely over the moon with our new sliding patio door! The service from Kettell from start to finish was second to none and the installation by their fitters was to the highest standard. The space the door has created is amazing and visually it’s transformed our downstairs space. We cannot recommend Kettell enough, thank you all 😃”

“Excellent customer service from start to finish They have a very good show room with a wide selection of quality windows. The quote on the windows we chose was received promptly and at a fair price We were kept informed of the progress with a date for the detailed survey and fitting date given well in advance The quality the windows and the fitting service was excellent The fitter’s were very professional courteous and very tidy I am extremely happy with the whole process and would highly recommend Kettell Windows without hesitation Thank you to everyone involved”

“Ordered 15 windows. Great to deal with. Windows are of a good quality and fitting was done very professionaly to leave an excellent finish. There were a few small finish issues which were Completed quickly and to a excellent standard. Very pleased that we chose Kettel windows.”

“We were really pleased with how quickly the process was from quote to fitting. The fitters arrived early and worked hard all day. They tidied up well afterwards. We had a minor problem with one window which was quickly sorted out. Everyone we dealt with was pleasant and professional.”

“Excellent service. Not only did they make a fantastic job, tidy and clean. They left my hall cleaner than they found it. They also disposed of the old door. It is not very often nowadays when someone actually does such a professional job. I cannot praise this Company enough.”

“We needed a new front door. We appreciated being able to touch and see what Kettell had to offer at their excellent showroom, we also appreciated the advise they gave us when we were there. The installation was very smooth, the installation team were clean, polite and efficient and did a very neat job. Overall we are very happy with our experience with Kettell and extremely pleased with our new door.”

“I would like to highly recommend Kettell windows & doors for their professional attitude to their work and ethics. They installed new Windows and doors on my previous house cleaning up as they went along and made an excellent job of work. During the time we lived in the old property we had no complaints about the quality of products or workmanship. We have just moved into our new bungalow and found problems with some windows and broken door hinges we again contacted the company explained the problem and and Andy one of their installers came around and once again provided excellent efficient service. I would also like to add my thanks to No in the office.”

“Kettell responded to my enquiry almost immediately and offered suggestions and alternatives from my original selection to ensure I had the right product. The installation chap was very friendly and professional and took the old door away for disposal and made sure he left the hallway clean and tidy. Kettell were very competitive and their excellent customer service from a local company give them the edge for me.”
