“Prior to installation, Lisa was very helpful in answering all of our queries and concerns, which was reassuring. The installation of the door was completed to a very high standard, and with an excellent attention to detail - this is one of the reasons why we chose Kettell, because we had heard such good things about them. “I simply wanted to provide feedback on the installation over the last three days. Essentially, I cannot praise Will and his team highly enough. His communication, attention to detail and quality is a credit to your business. Nothing was too much trouble for the guys, including Darren and Jack – all of whom were very amiable and polite. They have done a great job and we are really pleased. The quality of the product is equally fantastic, and it has totally transformed the look and feel of the house. We are proud to have some seriously smart windows now!”

“The customer service from start to finish has been brilliant. They gave us all of the options available to us for our new Front and back doors. They made this very easy. On the day of the fitting they arrived on time and were very efficient. We have recently had our hall decorated. Not one mark or touch up was required after fitting. The back door space was a bit tighter and there was only one nick of the paintwork which they showed us. I have already recommended Kettell's to 2 friends.”

“I was given plenty of help to choose an appropriate door for my needs and paid the deposit. The area was measured carefully and the door was made and fitted several weeks later. Despite very cold weather, the door was fitted efficiently and quickly which required a lot of work to remove old wiring and other structures. I am very pleased with the final result and all the staff were excellent. I would strongly recommend Kettell Doors and would consider the company in future for windows.”

“I have just had 2 doors at different properties fitted… A different fitter for each door.. Both of them were professional tidy with excellent customer service .. I was blown away with the quality of the doors and the fitting 😀👍 thank you so much I will not b going anywhere else for my double glazing”

“Lovely showroom with friendly and helpful staff. Not pushy at all. Provided a free quote with specification of door to show how it may look. Communication after accepting the quote could've been a bit better / more frequent. However, couldn't fault anything else. Door was installed roughly two months after accepting the quote. Only took an afternoon to install the door and the chap was very professional. Cleaned up after himself and provided info how to use the door and keys etc.”

“Recommended by a builder, I used Kettell for the first time for windows and doors in a garage build. They were quick to quote and it was competitive. I visited their premises to look at the displays and was satisfied with the quality of workmanship. The fitters came and got on with the job, advising me about various trims and sealants. They spotted a minor manufacturing fault and within two days had sourced a new replacement. Neat and tidy and the fitters enjoyed working for the company, always a good sign. Recommended”

“A⭐️ Service, Bought a front door over 2years ago, due to unforeseen circumstance the slab needed replacing. After a quick email and some pictures Lisa sorted out a replacement slab and organised the fitting to suit our times and convenience. The fitter came with a smile and got the slab replaced with no fuss and no mess. Kettles aftercare is second to none and with customer service like this I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending. Thank you for your help”

“Great customer experience starting from the initial visit all the way through to the installation. The quality of the products are great (patio doors, back door and windows fitted), and have great locking and security features. I can honestly say I have nothing bad to say and know where I will be going should any other doors or windows need replacing.”

“New Solidor Composite Front Door and side window fitted by Kettell Windows last week. Great service from start to finish, super product and professionally installed. Arrived on time and they made no damage at all to the existing wallpaper and decorations. Left site completely tidy and clean. A pleasure to deal with this company.”

“Kettell Windows were fantastic from the first quote to the end results. We had all windows and a bifold fitted and we couldn’t be happier. The windows/bifold look amazing and the fitters (Darren, Jack & Ben) were amazing, nothing was too much trouble for them. Fab company, fab results would defo recommended them to anyone.”
