“Doing away with my old UPVC windows and door was quite a big decision, but the dated brown finish and draughty gaps made it the RIGHT decision considering this period of high heating bills. Choosing a company to do the work was a dilemma but after deciding to 'go local' and visiting Kettell's showroom at East Goscote, I knew I'd made the right choice! Kettell's offered a friendly service and looked after all my needs (and changes of mind) from beginning to end. The whole experience went smoothly and everything looks fantastic. I'm so pleased I chose Kettell's and would definitely recommend this family business.”

“My partner recently had a new front door which looks fabulous. I've recently purchased a property that desperately needed a new front and back door. I am so pleased with them !! The new colour grey is gorgeous. I've had lots of compliments. I attended kettell's show room and Lisa went through lots of detail with me from colours, handles to privacy but was very much aware I had a budget. There was no pressure sales, no silly tactics just pure top notch customer service and brilliant turn around. I would highly recommend Kettell to anyone. Me and my partner will definitely use them for further jobs in the up coming year. Thankyou so much you have provided a beautiful door and warmth to my house !”

“The ordering and fitting of our dorma window went like clockwork. Both the office and field staff could nt have been more helpful and professional. The quality of the fitting work is excellent with barely a mark on the existing interior decoration. the quality of the window is also very good. However, the reason for a 4/5 score is that after the window was fitted we had to wait two and half weeks for the scaffolding to be removed, with no indication for the first ten days when the scaffolders would come to remove it. We needed to be at home so as they required us to give them access to the back of the house. It would be useful if Kettell could give dates for scaffolding removal as well as erection.”
