Shoes arrived in great time but had some concerns once they arrived. Compared to other shoes bought straight from the manufacturer this pair from Kersh kicks I believed to be fakes.
After emailing and dm’ing via Ig my concerns were ignored with zero response. I took the shoes into store and the guys there were helpful but seemed adamant the shoes were legit. in the end I got a full refund due to my concerns.
I went and double checked afterwards and sourced a pair of the exact same shoes I bought from Kersh Kicks but from a friend who got theirs from the original retailer. I know now for sure the product I bought from kersh was not legit which is a real shame.
Glad I went into store and got this sorted with not much hassle but the customer service is definitely hit and miss.”

“Items as described extremely happy. However I Ordered two pairs of trainers which were sent out in two parts, unfortunately I didn’t receive a notification this would be the case or a reply when I asked where the 2nd pair of trainers were when I contacted the email address given or the social media platforms you guys have. Thankfully the 2nd pair were delivered (6 days) after the 1st pair even though I had paid for the express 1-2 day delivery”

“All good with the trainers however communication could be better. There is no contact telephone number and emails go unanswered for days. Trainers arrived from a third party seller which I wasn't expecting and the packaging wasn't the best but all ok otherwise.”
